I waited until the end of Monday without receiving a call, then called him myself. He said, "Oh, I called you." I told him he had not. He insisted he had called and accused me of lying. My phone showed no missed call from him, and he left no voicemail or text. If he had tried to reach me to schedule service, why leave no message? He then asked for my name and phone number. I questioned how he could have called earlier when he was asking for my number now. His explanation did not add up, and I do not believe his claim that he called. Rather than explain the discrepancy, he became hostile, raised his voice, cursed at me, told me I was a bad person, and hung up. I was trying to hire him, not start an argument. Asking whether he had my phone number did not justify profanity, accusations, or personal insults. His treatment of me was appalling and unacceptable. While seeking another provider, I called surrounding antenna businesses under different names and repeatedly reached this same man. It appears he may have bought up several local businesses while keeping different names, with calls going to him. I cannot confirm those purchases, but I can report what happened when I called. Consumers trying to choose another provider deserve to know when businesses are connected. Al's TV and Satellite in Dunnellon, Florida, was the exception.

While visiting my father in law in Florida, he received a new cable box that needed to be installed…read moreto replace the old box. I dove in and disconnected the old box and hooked up the new box. Everything was great till we discovered that he did not have the ability to DVR. We contacted Spectrum and learned that we needed a different box. We drove down and picked up the new box. On the way home, Dad asked if we could call and make an appointment to have a technician come out and install the new box as he didn't want to burden me with another installation. I called Spectrum and Jerry assisted me quickly by setting up an appointment for this afternoon. Randall showed up early and got straight to work. He not only hooked up the new box, but he also updated the box in the bedroom. He changed out the old cables as well. My Dad In Law was so relieved, happy and impressed with Randall's service and with Jerry being able to set up the appointment so quickly. With Dad approaching 92 years of age, customer service is so important and helpful to him and these two employees definitely deserve some recognition. Great service!

So they would continue to bill her indefininatly. In summation, they were inflexible and uncaring.
