Our septic system pump burned out prematurely, and unknown to us, the high-water alarm had failed,…read moreso we had an immediate problem. Cole, of Water Logged Septics was recommended to us. He responded the same day, cleaned out our tank and then set about to fix the pump. He replaced the pump in a timely manner, ensured that we had the appropriately sized pump for our system (the failed pump was not the correct size for our discharge pipe and height to the leach field), replaced all the float switches including the alarm, ensured that the entire system was working correctly, and charged a fair price. I appreciate Cole's work ethic, knowledge, skill and experience, and will bring all my future septic system work to Water Logged Septics!

My company needed some of our work tanks emptied so I called Wayne a.k.a. the "Honey Dippin' Man" and set up an appointment for him to come out. They were two hours late but said it was because they got held up at another job so I unfortunately gave them the benefit of the doubt. A couple months later it was time to get our 2 tanks emptied again, so I made an appointment, the day came and no one showed up. I called and they said I had the wrong date, they were coming the next day, I agreed (even though I had it in my calendar and knew I was right). The next day no one showed up... "SHOCKER" (insert exaggerated voice). When I called I was told that they blew a tire and would not be able to make it out. I asked them to call me towards the end of the day so that we could set up an appointment for the next day. No call...no email...nothing. I tried calling them a few more times throughout the week but no one ever answered my calls or returned my voicemails. So if your looking for professional service I DO NOT RECOMMEND M & C SEPTIC!
