First was new shorts, flip flops (or whatever the kids are calling them these days) and a hat. The employees were nice and let me roam. The place was clean and very orderly. I ended up needing to return the shorts and it was easy but I they only give store credit or gift card. Didn't bother me as I quickly found something to get. I'll definitely be back because I am not going to wait another 20 years to buy swim shorts...don't judge, my last ones were very well made.

Smaller store because it is an outlet, but worth stopping in. Definitely noticed the inventory here had more women's sizes in the 0-2 range. The staff are all very nice and helpful. I lost one of my precious earrings in the changing room and when I went back two days later to inquire about it, they had it in their lost and found! They even have a jar of Milkbones for the fur babies! My dog certainly appreciated the treats.

They had a 40% off sale on the tees and I had an additional 30% off with the friends & family discount. The shirt ended up being $12 and change AFTER taxes. What a steal! Fitting rooms are big with plenty of hooks to hang clothes on. Lots of apparel and flip flops. They have everything you need from board shorts, wet suits, t shirts and hats. There are women's and kid's clothes as well. Customer service was great. They were very helpful and super friendly.

Secondly, I didn't expect to see Hurley open a store that's pretty well-built as far as design goes. The decor at this location kind of reminds me of a few Quiksilver stores I've seen. The store is a pretty good size. They had a good stock in size variety and they had a wide range of styles and colors. Everything was nice and neat inside, which may have been due to the fact that we were the only customers in the store at the time -- it seemed to be a pretty slow night for them. Overall, the appearance of the store is pretty nice. The prices are decent -- I just came back from there and they were having a 3 for $30 on t-shirts, among other sales on hoodies and what not. The greeting and the service was a little less personable than I would have liked. Three guys working in the store, doing virtually nothing and only one guy manages a lackluster, "hey, how are you doing?". It may have been due to the fact that we walked-in 20 minutes before closing time, which is understandable to a certain degree, but a little more enthusiasm wouldn't have hurt. Is there no more "sales" in sales associates now days? Anywho, overall it's a pretty nice store -- 3 stars. Minus one star for the lackluster greeting and minus one bias star because I don't care for how Hurley has changed their clothing to suit a more pop-lifestyle. I explain what I need I'm about to have surgery and my Dr has requested a certain type of bra. The sales persons measures me. Then explains she'd like me to try a regular bra on first to make sure I'm the size she thinks I am. Long story short. They do not have what I need. She knew this. I told her I have breast cancer I need a bra to sleep in. Waste of my time during a very sensitive time. Obviously she works on commission.

A shame, it was the best bra in their collection! I bought the last one in the store.
