They didn't have a lot of stuff. It was one guy alone. Nothing like the Johnny rockets I remember.

Shakes were tasty!

I tried this spot despite all the negative reviews because I love JR and I promised my son a shake on our vacation. I expected the worst but was pleasantly surprised. Jordan was at the cash register and she was efficient, friendly, and got our slightly picky order exactly right! The place looked clean and neat. There were only 2 females working. One taking orders and one cooking them. They had a sign up about the staff shortage and being patient but, there was no delay. I was served promptly and the food was not a long wait. Now, the food.... that's why the stars... the service was 4.5-5 stars. Jordan made our shakes and they were tasty. The chili fries were good but needed a bit more cheese (but I am a cheese lover). The burgers were unfortunately dry but the lettuce tomato etc was fresh. The kids mini burgers had to be on a regular roll cause I'm guessing they were out of the Hawaiian rolls? That kid's burger was better than the smokehouse or the Rocket. I'm wondering if the staff shortage had something to do with that. Like maybe the burgers were sitting cooked to save on time. I won't be back during this stay, but, it was a solid experience. I'm sure they would have be fine with a burger remake we just didn't have the time. It was kinda pricey but to be expected at a mall.

Very rude staff and the place was just dirty. Check out the pic I posted of the hot sauce bottle!! Thai literally is the place described in 1 picture. I asked for an extra plate and the cashier said ok, so I stood there and waited for him for a good 10 minutes, if he was busy, I would've understood, but all he was doing was chatting with the guys in the back talking about some none related stuff .. I had To ask him like 3 times until he finally said "oh yeah, here!!" Tables were sticky and the floors were dirty also.

Was so excited to see that a Johnny Rockets opened up in the Pocono area. Waited 8 minutes to be acknowledged at our table by our waitress Ashlynn, she did apologize, she was friendly, have in mind resturant has only 6 tables inside and a couple outside. We ordered a vanilla shake, taste like old fashion shake. Very yummy. My husband ordered the Rocket single with bacon cheese fries and I ordered the smoke house with onion rings. Food was fresh and warm. Our total came to $30. A manager came over to a table to clean it off and washed everything to the floor, never cleaned the floor up. Bathroom states out of order, not good for a resturant, especially when you see employees using it, when the sign states not in use. Maybe just trying to keep customers out

Dirty Restaurant!

The service was the worst I've experienced from any food chain. Spent $70 and the quality of food was below a Wendy's or McDonald's, in fact would've had better food there for a quarter of the costs. Had to request new fries but still disgusting old oil. Manager was at the location and rude! The cashier messed up our he did nothing to rectify it said the cashier didn't ring it up correctly! I wasn't going to give them any more of my money. As if this wasn't enough the place was dirty! Hope we don't get food poisoning!

Just stopped in and noticed there's completely new staff and management. Everyone's so nice and friendly and really went out of their way to take care of me, I'm very impressed! Food was hot and fresh. I'll be coming back next time I visit the crossings.

So far, I ordered the spicy Houston burger with a shake and fries. $15.35. While it reminds me of a McDonald's with a bar front to eat at, and is served on trays, it does have a unique feel. Food? It is a slightly more uniform quality fast food place. For the price, I would have thought it be more of a "five guys" quality.

Our server was Sienna, (not sure if that was spelled right), and she was extremely attentive to us and very patient with our group. We also were able to order Shirley Temples off menu because Sienna knew how to make those as well. They also served our Shirley Temples in insulated white foam cups. The food was perfect! We ordered their salmon with a side of mashed potatoes and broccoli, Chicken Française with a side of potato wedges, a side salad, Grilled cheeses with french fries for the kids, tuna melt, cheese curds, and a sandwich off their special menu I can't remember the name. The sandwiches came with bagged kettle cooked chips! I wasn't able to picture everything because everyone had mostly scoffed their food down immediately. Lol. Definitely recommend their brownie sundae for dessert, with their Double Dunker ice cream! SO GOOD! I also included a video of one of our rowdy kiddos having a good time with her food! Super worth it dining experience, I will say there is absolutely no signal to use your cellphone, so more family bonding haha. This place is amazing and would definitely come back.

The staff was very nice and seated us promptly, we were sat at a table that was booth on one side and chair on the other but it was an extra tall bar stool type table. Soon as I sat down the sun was right in my eyes. Yes only a small nuisance till the bar tender shut a blind (because the bar folks were effected) but there were so many empty table. Why sit us at this table ? There were plenty of other tables that would not have had this issue. Not sure why the hostess would not know not to use this table for this time of day. Other then that the place was very clean and a normal pub type atmosphere. Nothing super special though. We started off with an appetizer called the "Texas Twinkie" - okay. I read "twinkie" and think some form of cake/bread with a filling. What we got was more of an egg roll. The outside was either a wonton type wrap or a tortilla then filled with brisket, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, jalapeño, and BBQ sauce. This was very delicious but definitely misleading in the name and the menu didnt really describe the item, it only give the name and listed the ingredients. I bring this up because we also ordered the traditional pizza.... what we got was more of a flatbread and pretty bland as well. Super basic bread with a lack of flavor marinara sauce and cheese. Also the sauce to cheese ratio was sad. You can tell this because all the cheese on the slice would come right off with 1 bite. We would not order this again based on the price and what was served. I also had the French onion soup. This was pretty well done. Not to salty, no crazy cheeses added. It was well balanced and was worth getting. My partners entree was the barley creek whiskey BBQ sauce on chicken tenders. These were just ok. The sauce seemed more tomatoe based then normal for a BBQ sauce and again just wasn't what one would expect from the name whiskey Bbq sauce. I am sure people do like this place but it wasn't very impressive to us. 3 out 5 stars is a fair rating as service was good for the most part, the place was clean with a decent amount of menu options, but the execution of the food lacked and the menu names are definitely misleading for the items we had ordered.

Its a cute and comfy atmosphere with a home town charm and super friendly staff. I love their soda and brought home all the flavors! I have been here 3 times now and each time was as great as the first. Everything here is done from…read morescratch and the animals used for the meats come from their own farm. Fresh homemade meats, soups, desserts, you name it...it's all done the right way here. First time here I had the pulled lamb sandwich. I had never heard of this before and I asked the owner what he suggested and after he said "everything", he said if I liked lamb then this was it. He couldn't be more correct. The lamb was tender and juicy, the roll was a nice sturdy Kaiser, and the pickled cabbage added a nice little acidity and juiciness to this sandwich as well. Next time in I ordered the "Phat Boy" and the Roast Beef sandwich. Both were incredible. The phat boy had fried eggs, cheese, pork roll (or Taylor Ham depending who you ask), bacon, and sausage on that same Kaiser roll. Everything was amazing, but the flavor of the sausage really shined through on this and created an experience I want over and over again. You could truly taste the freshness of the meat and delicious fennel flavor. This roast beef sandwich rivals (if not beats) the amazing roast beef sandwiches of my youth in Brooklyn from places like Brennan and Carr as well as Roll N' Roaster. The meat is incredibly tender, I was barely even chewing and it was just melting away in my mouth. The au jus added some nice flavor and moisture, and the horseradish mayo was (as it always is) a wonderful touch on a quality roast beef sandwich. The last time in (again on his suggestion) I went with the lamb burger. Another homerun. The meat was tender and cooked medium rare. The bun again was that same crusty Kaiser roll which I personally love for burgers. Just the addition of lettuce, tomato, and his Rooster sauce so to not overpower the flavor of the meat. This was seriously fantastic and somehow honestly probably the lowest on my list of items I loved here...that's how good everything else has been. Run, don't walk to get here.
