In addition to the great work they performed for us, the brothers are very nice and a pleasure to have in our home. I'm really excited to see that they're now on Yelp because we still talk about our great experience a full year later! Major household projects are never a pleasant undertaking for a homeowner (especially ones as inept at that kind of thing as we are), but Tavish and Conor made the entire process seamless and even enjoyable. Their work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and frequent, friendly communication instilled us with complete confidence. Most importantly, the finished painting work in our downstairs and new outside deck looked (and still look) incredible! Will be adding photos later as I get them from my folks, but can't recommend these two enough -- they truly care about their craft and their customers. Hoping they'll be able to squeeze in an interior project in Manhattan for us this winter!

Over the years I've had various other contractors do  maintenance,"" repairs, etc., I've used several of the names listed by neighbors on this site to do various jobs. No one has approached the level of professionalism, competency and detailed work  that Yarmey's Window Cleaning has. I hired them to do all the windows in my house and found out that they do much more than windows. Eventually, I realized they do everything that a general contractor could  do ... carpentry work on all levels, painting, (inside and outside),  power washing (exterior of house, decks etc.) ...taking down the shutters, repainting them, and painstakingly rehanging them... masonry work, fence repairs, and the list goes on. I really don't think there is anything they can't do! Miguel Portillo is the owner of this exceptional company. He is a man of the highest standards and He will assure you that he will do the best job possible. And, believe me, he does. I told him he should rename his company because it implies they are limited  just to  window washing. In my opinion there isn't a handyman (up to a contractor) who is in there league! No job is too small or too big! Do yourself a favor and consider Miguel Porill for your next project. You will not be disappointed! John F. Myslinski

His entire crew - everyone I had contact with, were exemplary - personable, friendly, pleasant to deal with, repsectful of our property. They always left things neat, clean and maximally livable at the end of each day, and their work was professional and meticulous. Steven was always quickly responsive whenever I contacted him with any question or problem. Dealings with money were completely transparent, with a detailed statement listing costs of materials, labor, and Steven's (quite reasonable) mark-up; for the quality of work, I felt it was all very fairly priced. An emergency arose in our basement the day of my very first consultation with Steven, and he sent his crew over the next day to take care of it, even before we had agreed on a contract for services. We had our work done during the pandemic, and though there were some inevitable delays in getting materials, we never felt our project was "put on hold" in favor of a larger or newer one.
