The explanation? Their salesperson was tired. I'm not joking. Tired. I too am tired, Kevin, tired of waiting. Appointment #2 (rescheduled, confirmed, circled on my calendar): No-show again. This time: car brake issues and "bandwidth." I didn't know fence companies had bandwidth problems, but here we are. I called Kevin twice the day of the second no-show. Got the runaround both times. So I called their corporate office in Buffalo and spoke to someone named Jeff, who assured me he'd be reaching out to Kevin and the owner. I'm still waiting to hear what came of that conversation. I suspect I always will be. For context: I have a building permit in hand, materials staged, a dog who's been attacked five times by the neighbor's dog, and a project that has been ready to go for weeks. KD Fence had every opportunity to show up and do the work. They simply chose not to.
