First of all, Kelley is a fantastic, beautiful, down to earth woman and I am so #blessed that getting my lashes done has sparked a friendship and someone I can confide in! Second, the quality of her work is outstanding. Everyone ALWAYS compliments me on my lashes. She does a wonderful job switching up the style to see what you like most and what works best with your face structure. Also, I haven't gotten my lashes filled since May 16... it's July 1 and I'm STILL getting compliments on them.. they just look super natural and whisky and have not damaged my real lashes. May 16 I also got Tape In extensions (first time, only used clip ins before) and I will never go back to anything else. She is quick and her work is perfect! They still look great, but I'm thinking of getting keralink next. Lastly, Kelley also has an extensive makeup collection and is SO good at doing makeup regardless of complexion/skin tone/etc. Her prices are extremely fair and she always has yummy snacks and great movies for when you're in the chair. I was pleased with how prefect and even my braids came out. I have some thinning in the front and they managed to braid my hair in a way to cover the thinning but not to pull my edges out. They managed to finish in about 5 hours and honestly I think it would've been finished faster but they were extremely busy that day. I know one of the girls who did my hair is Kadijah but I wish I got the other... they both were great. I also think it's important to mention how good their attitudes were. Everyone was super sweet and welcoming. Even when they spoke in their language I didn't feel any negative energy. I was late, I mean super late and they still accommodated me. LiAnne gave me a price range of $150 for partial color and $250 for the entire head, which sounded ridiculous. My last balayage (partial hair highlights) only costs $100. I told her the maximum I could spend was $150. 4 hours later, I was disappointed that the brass tones were still there and I didn't get the ash brown coloring I wanted. She told me to come back and would fix it for free, with the exception of material fees. In the meantime, I ordered Chi Keratin Smoothing treatment and Joico Titanium semi-permanent color for color refreshing, as I've already spent too much and didn't want her charging me more for "material fees." On my way to my 12:00 appointment, she texted me that she needed to purchase some supplies and would be late. No problem. I can be flexible. Half an hour later, she finally arrives and I show her the Titanium color and keratin cream I brought. Surprisingly, she also brought Joico semi-permanent color, but in a blue shade (what???). Realizing she didn't have enough color, she decides to use mine, as well (which I paid for). Mind you, this corrective service is supposed to be free of charge. Despite me telling her that I don't want a trim nor an Olaplex treatment, she insists on doing it anyway. 6 hours later, my hair is grayish blue at the bottom and orange on top. Underneath is red brass towards the roots, which she bleached. I'm trying my best to be as kind and optimistic as possible, considering she put a lot of effort into my hair---until she decides to charge me another effin' $150. (First time I've semi-cursed on Yelp). This was completely unprofessional. On top of that, she blamed the poor result on my difficult "Asian hair" dyed with henna (which I only used on the hair surrounding my face). I literally cried the first day and every time I look in the mirror I want to cry some more. My hair is over processed, so much so that I have to use leave-in keratin conditioners and treatments after showering to give it strength and manageability. Otherwise, it's very thin and frizzy. Very sad and disappointed. Will not be returning.
