In fact, when I lived away from Cincinnati for 5 years I never got a new dentist in the town I was living in. I would just schedule my appointments for when I was back visiting in Cincinnati. He attends dental conferences every year and I am very impressed with his desire to stay current by continuing to learn what is new in the field of dentistry. He will not sell you on things you don't need and you can be sure that is he is offering a type of procedure in his office it has been researched to the fullest extent. Doc is personable, professional and a good person. We recently received a post card in the mail about a food drive his office was spearheading and I thought that was quite nice. Make the drive to Bridgetown! It is worth it.

I have never been treated so well at a dentist. I expressed my fears right away, and they made me feel so welcomed. I felt as if I could actually trust what they were saying, and they were not just speaking words. The rates were within my budget. I had all 4-5 teeth pulled on the same day and I felt no pain what so ever. They made sure we took small breaks in between. My flipper was ready in time for the wedding and it was PERFECT. I never had to to have it re-fitted, or any adjustments. This was almost 10 years ago and its still in perfect condition and I wear it EVERYDAY. I am in need of immediate dental work once again and I'll be calling them and hopefully they'll be able to help.

Dr. Bennet gets to know his patients so that he can recommend the best course of action. It helps that he is calming and that the hygienists (thanks Jenny!) and dental assistant (Beth!) at Bennet Family Dental explain what to expect. Each time I try to find a dentist closer to where I live, I have had negative experiences, so we travel the distance so we can see someone who we trust.

I just needed a routine cleaning but I was a bit neglectful and hadn't been in for over a year. Without hesitating they put me on a standby list in case there was a cancelation. All of my information from his previous office was completely intact and ready to go. It just seems like they must do a good job staying organized for that to happen. Somehow I dodged the bullet again and didn't have a cavity but if/when I do I'd feel 100% confident to have dental work done by Dr. Baudendistel. Until then, I promise to floss.

When we returned we had different insurance and we lived in a different part of town. Had our insurance covered the dentist I'd seen for years (in Finneytown), I'd have gone back. Thankfully our insurance didn't cover my old dentist and since we live on the West side, we found ourselves at Shiller Dental. Thank goodness! They provide amazing care. They are very thorough and honest. That honesty remake may sound odd, but I remember as a kid going to a dentist that seemed to find problems on every visit, as if each visit was a money making opportunity. Not so at Shiller. Not only is their care superior, I consider them completely trustworthy. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
