I got a manicure at this salon on March 1st. I am unsure of my nail tech's name, but she did a great job. I got another manicure on March 17th. The nail tech i had that day wasn't as great. I had gel polish and my thumb nail on my right hand chipped the same day. He did not cap the ends of my nails which led to all of them chipping within a matter of days. However, that's not even the bad part. The reason I'm writing this review is because i have unfortunately gotten an infection from this manicure. I'm not sure if he used dirty tools on me or what happened, but this Wednesday will be 2 weeks since my manicure and it's finally beginning to feel better. The amount of pain i have had is absolutely insane. Last Sunday, i woke up out of a dead sleep with my entire hand in pain and my thumb on my left hand throbbing so badly that it felt like it had its own heartbeat. I couldn't apply any pressure whatsoever to my thumb which meant that i couldn't work that day. I am in the beauty industry and i specialize in weddings. If anyone who reads this is in the wedding industry, they know how hard life has been since Covid. Weddings have consistently canceled and i finally had work and i had to have another artist cover it for me because this is my dominant hand and i couldn't hold anything or apply any pressure. I have had to get on antibiotics for this situation and I'm highly disappointed. My sister is also a nail tech and she was appalled with the way my nails were done and immediately said she knew they would start chipping right away because there were so many brands of polish used in this one service. She specifically mentioned that you can't mix brands if you want the gel polish to actually last. read more

This place is AMAZING!!!!!!!! The ambience is perfect, the spa is beautiful & the technicians were all friendly. I got a hot stone pedicure & a gel manicure. BEST pedicure I've ever had. I've NEVER been able to fall asleep or relax when I get a pedicure. I was SO relaxed & comfortable the technician was so gentle but still did a phenomenal job!!! My friend and I went here on a Sunday because other places either weren't open, only took appointments, or didn't have very many stars. We saw that this Salon/ Spa had 4 stars so we decided to come here and get our nails done. My friend wanted chrome acrylic nails but the one man who does acrylics was out sick so we both ended up getting gel done. After comparing our nails and experiences with our nail techs, we both made the same comment about how they pressed down on our cuticles way too hard. While my friends nail tech made sure the nail shape looked how she wanted them too, she didn't do the neatest job with the gel nail polish. I could tell that her nails were bumpy and and dull and had 1 too many layers of polish on them making them look thick. While my nails looked a bit better than my friend's texture wise, I got two small spots of bleeding near my cuticles and there were small spots of nail polish left on my fingers. I'm giving this salon/spa three stars because the front desk lady with lots of cute freckles was very nice and my nail tech suggested an almond shape to help let my nails grow out but I wish I didn't have to spend $40 to have my cuticles abused and bleeding and untidy nails . read more

This is my third time going here and I'm quite disappointed. I've been here before to get a mani/pedi and had my eyebrows waxed too. The first time I had my eyebrows waxed, it was quick and as painless as possible, she did a great job. Unfortunately this time, it was a different lady. It wasn't that bad at first except they weren't too even. But my biggest issue was I got home and my skin below my eyebrows were still red, stung and was a bit swollen. Many hours later and into the night, it still hurt because she had pulled some skin off and it was a little raw/tender. I had to put neosporin on it, the right side being worse then the left. I've been getting my eyebrows done for years at various places and never had this issue. This isn't a knock on the salon but more on the young woman, she might want to be more careful. I will still visit this location but will be sure to ask for the young lady who did my eyebrows the first time. read more

I went in after getting a gift certificate for $20 to go towards a service. I decided on acrylic nails for my wedding and my fiancée came for a pedicure and manicure. After they only took $13 off instead of the $20 and it still being $89 for our services i assumed that my nails would last longer than one week...but alas...i ended up having to have my ring finder nail redone because it popped off on my honeymoon. Four more popped off today and i thank god they did because i have a fungus under my thumb nail. I work in the medical field. I use hand sanitizer religiously and i wash my hands a million times a day. I have had artificial nails before and NEVER had a problem...i wouldn't recommend this company at all. I'm sad i got the gift certificate because i wouldn't have even known about them otherwise. But then again they didn't even honor all of the certificate so i guess they won all the way around. Looked clean but i guess it wasn't. Now i can nurse my nails back to some sort of better health and I'll stay far far away from this salon. read more
