I didn't know why for months on end why I felt uncomfortable wearing my hair completely down. I kept wearing the sides up, because in every photo of myself, it looked like I had a short bowl cut with long strings coming down!! It was a very big year for me, and after one event's photos were ruined because of this haircut, I decided to switch salons. The hairdresser there said he couldn't believe how short they had been cutting the back. He showed me with a mirror, and my "long layers" were at eye level!!
