The young lady at Needle&Thread patiently received me and helped me pick a button most similar to what I have on the coat and finished the job within 5 minutes for me when I told her I was in a real hurry. My dad told me about this store so we decided to give it a shot. The store is crazy busy inside because they have amazing deals. Even though it was busy, this gentleman measured him and got him in a suit so fast. He tried on another blue one with a slightly different color and chose that one. The gentleman told him to pick out any ahirt and tie as well. We weren't sure what the price was so we asked. He said it was $139 for the whole suit, tie, and shirt. The only additional charge is any alterations. It only cost $15 for the alterations though. He said it will be ready on Wednesday for pickup any time. We are so excited. The process was super easy and fast. We will definitely be back to get more.

Purchased a suit for a wedding, the salesman seemed pleasant and the alterations were done the next…read moreweek. I was not happy with the way the jacket fit and owner insisted it was fine but said he would fix it - I picked up the suit and it was just not right, felt tight and the material was pulling in the back - the salesman (I'm assuming he is the owner) said he couldn't do any more with it. the next day I took it to a tailor recommended by a co worker and he was astonished by what he saw. He said the suit and shirt sizes were too big to begin with and should have started with a smaller size, he could fix the pants and shirt collar but the coat is ruined - nothing can be done with it, he laughed and shook his head at the way it was tailored, and said the man should not be in business. I paid $420 for the suit and shirt, (the 2nd tailor shook his head about that too). I learned a big lesson about hard to understand fast moving salesman insisting on you paying cash - when you don't feel completely comfortable walk away
