I love that you can still find a small practice in Ann Arbor, where most, if not all of the doctors…read moreoffice is an entity if U of M or IHA. What I loved most about my PCP back in Cali was that I knew who my doctor was and could ensure that I would be seeing only the person, unless I requested someone else. This practice has three primary doctors and a nurse (I believe she isn't there daily), but they have a really nice woman(not sure exactly what her title is) but she preps all the patients before the doctors see 'em. My PCP is probably the youngest and the newest in that practice and does a great job taking the time to talk about any concerns or issues I had and didn't take über long to get to me either. It was very easy getting an appointment and the front women are helpful. If you're looking for just one doctor you can see and build a rapport with them, I would recommend coming here. Oh another plus is that they haven't moved to using an electronic system, so it is more a one on one visit, as opposed to the nurse or doctor talking to you but looking at a tablet most of the visit.

This place was average enough when it was convenient for me location wise but then they're…read moreswitching to some expensive model and I never received any information about it aside from talking to a friend who also uses this doctor... I got only a couple robo calls from him inviting me to some dinner presentation at Weber's. Not interested in being sold something at the doctor's office.. I found another doctor.

Usually I do not regularly see a doctor. I am in good health, and the only health problems I have…read moreare raging sinus infections during the change of the seasons. That being said, I have a very hard time finding doctors who understand and know how to treat and care for sinus and allergy problems. I was experiencing extreme sinus inflammation on one side of my face, causing my sinus cavities to be sore, dry and extremely painful. The pain was so terrible no over the counter medicine could help solve my issue- this is when I called IHA. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours, and was called back to be examined in less than 5 minutes of signing in. The entire visit took about 35 minutes- IMPECCABLE during this time of year! Dr. Joel was extremely friendly helpful when it came to treating my sinus inflammation. She game me several options for treatment, including steroids, , antihistamines and antibiotics as a last resort. Usually when you have a sinus infection doctors send you out with antibiotics and call it a day but I was so happy to find a doctor knowledgeable enough to know the affects of antibiotics on the body. Very impressed and my sinus problems are GONE!

I've been a patient at this doctors office for the past 10 years. I have been treated for numerous…read moreissues here. Those visits haven't always been the greatest because I always have issues getting refills for my medications in a timely manner, even just simple BC. However I continued to frequent the office. Huge mistake! I should have stopped a long time ago but everything happens for a reason. Recently, I had terrible pain in my feet and made myself an appointment with a podiatrist who properly treated me. They requested that I get a global referral from my primary care provider. I called my primary care physician and requested one but they adamantly refused to give me one because I hadn't been seen for foot pain in her office. I find that completely ridiculous. I am very disappointed. I will not be returning. There are better providers out there

This is building 10 of 10 (U of M medical buildings line the entire ring around Briarwood mall -…read moreluckily they are all clearly labeled). Overall the atmosphere of the whole clinic/center is relaxed and laid back. There's a television in the waiting room and everything feels clean and up to date. I did not receive any physician care here but I did take advantage of the walk-in lab to get blood drawn. And when I say "drawn blood" I mean TWELVE vials (my new doc is apparently extremely thorough). The woman working at the lab was awesome. She was a little snarky but in a completely accessible warm, joking way. She was meticulous with checking and double-checking all the labs that were ordered. I warned her about my veins being crap (at most places, they stab into my arm and then "dig around" continually moving the needle under my skin and stabbing every which way until they finally get a vein - I don't mind needles or pain but it's sickening). This lady, on the other hand, felt both my veins and was careful to choose a small needle. She stuck me once, precisely, right into my vein, and got a good draw. THANK YOU, LORD. Next time I need vampirical services, I won't hesitate to return.

Definitely not the most professional urgent care I've been to but did the job alright. The office…read morewas okay but lacking in many ways. The receptionist was very kind in my opinion in person but not over the phone (she was very dismissive and was having a conversation with someone else while answering my call). Most people working had casual attire on which I guess is okay as long as care is given, it just takes away from the professionalism of it being a medical facility. For example: the guy who took me back before the doctor saw me was wearing sweatpants and a puffer jacket. I got my ear checked out by doctor Mustafa who was more professional and friendly and he sent me on my way with antibiotics to pick up. He said I should be feeling better overnight or within two days and my ear problem hasn't gone away but hopefully my antibiotics just need a few more days to kick in. Overall, this place was okay. Attire isn't everything and no one was rude or disrespectful. I definitely wouldn't NOT recommend it but there is probably a more professional place within a 5 mile radius.

Went to urgent care for my knee. X-rays were obtained and not reviewed with me. They did not…read moreexamine my knee and told me to go to the ER for an MRI of my knee. At the ER I was informed that MRI's of the knee are not done in the emergency setting. This is frustrating as I was given the expectation of an MRI being performed in the ER - I wish the lady I saw understood the medical system enough to know that. The Urgent Care team would not even tell me their thoughts on what was going on with my knee as they "did not want to speculate". Not really sure what was done for me today - no answers, no thoughts, just an erroneous referral to the ER for something that no ERs perform (MRI of knees emergently). If you have a knee injury I would NOT recommend going to this clinic. Total waste of time and money.
