In my view Dr. Susan Williams is at the top of the stack! Her knowledge base is remarkable and delivers it with the very best bedside manor I have ever experienced. Dr Williams and her office is the only family practice I can recommend. A Dr. who cares about her patients in every way. This is not a high production paper pushing insurance mill but a team of medical care professionals who really do care about their patients. I believe a medical recommendation is important to those who seek it out so I do not make this recommendation lightly. Both my wife and I have visited Dr Williams several times over the last year and we will be her patients until she retires. This is the kind of superior care very few people find. If you are in need of a family practice this is the place.

She is part of the infinity primary care system. I really like Dr. Fitzgibbons. For my primary appointment, she spent a good 45 minutes with me, and I had some pretty strong concerns that she spent time talking to me about. She is extremely friendly and approachable. The office is busy. If you get an afternoon appointment, you may be waiting for a bit past your appointment time. There are many doctors there, so if you have to come in for something and Dr. Fitzgibbons is full, you can see someone else (her hours, btw, are Monday and Wednesday 9-5 and Thursday 9-12). So far I've been extremely pleased with the attention and care I have received there. They also have an email system set up so you can communicate with your doctor by email, which I like a lot since you can play a lot of phone tag with doctors normally.

Not to mention that the psychiatrist he sent me to ABUSED me through my own (half insane or partially mad) mother and then she left me alone in pain like nothing bad at all happened by saying she (my mother) was responsible for me while she acted very irresponsible by any human act. Totally wrong to be sent in the opposite as wrong direction while you're severely damaged as badly injured from some bad work found around. Not to mention that he FAILED to put as list any LIFTING and MANUAL RESTRICTIONS for my DAMAGED spinal cord and spine that he was well aware of it and any caring family doctor would have done so right, if truly as humanly cared about all my experienced severe PAIN. However he (obviously) acted (beyond) poor minded as ignorant in my (DISCRIMINATION with HEALTH ABUSE) case as he hasn't provided neither any right healthcare treatment nor professional as human needed support needed in which instance he should have done both but he horribly as horrendously intentionally failed at, so my close family and the informed local police department abused me a lot because of his professional healthcare negligence and inhuman treatment applied. However, I do have a lot of frustration because of all maltreatment not well received nor could be tolerated, which is a quite normal reaction once you're aggressed, abused, and ignored to normally react right, and just because of that you don't have to be also inhumanly as badly tortured by anyone as all bad and careless people around. Attached are some pictures of my severe damaged neck and spinal cord from work that he ignored, and as far as the psychiatrist he erroneously sent me to for no valid reason, I've posted what she deserved to receive with all damage made in my house while discriminated as abused by everybody as became disabled. When her previous doctor retired, she casually mentioned, "I don't know if you know this, but we are watching your kidneys," which was the first time my mother realized the seriousness of the issue. Since getting a new doctor, the level of care and communication has been extremely poor--from the nurses to the physician. Recently, my mother had very low blood pressure and called the office. A nurse told her she would speak with the doctor and call her back, but no one ever did. The next day she called again and was given advice by another nurse, but shortly after her blood pressure became very high. She called again and was told her message would be marked as a priority, yet she still never received a return call. The following day she called again and was once again told it would be marked as a priority, but no one followed up. Because of the lack of response, my mother ended up going to urgent care and received better attention there than she has at this practice. When she was finally seen at the office the next day, we expected she would be referred to a nephrologist or renal dietitian due to her Stage 3 kidney disease, but no referrals were made. Even more concerning, the doctor told her that when she saw how low her blood pressure was, she "didn't know what to do." At this point, we no longer have confidence in this practice. Patients should feel like their health concerns are taken seriously and that they are a priority. Unfortunately, that has not been our experience.

He's busy as heck but makes you feel like you're his only patient for that time you're in the room. He will prescribe you meds to keep you healthy but with the plan being to get you well enough to get off them. I highly recommend him. His staff (assistants) are great too. I've had luck communicating with them through the app/portal. The office people are friendly enough.
