Dr Jeff has done Telehealth calls with my disabled daughter for several years. The initial paperwork was extensive, but well worth it. We are so appreciative of the time and attention he has taken to understand her medical condition. The office staff is also terrific to work with. Billing is a breeze and they handle re-ordering supplements very efficiently. Couldn't recommend them more! read more

I love the Dr and staff at this place. I have had 3 serious issues that only Randy Tent and his staff were able to correct. I really do recommend trying and of the 3 practitioners that are on staff. The vitamins and minerals work...but not overnight. Your problem probably took a hot minute to get there so give it some time to fix it. read more

I've been seeing Dr. Tent since I was 8 years old. He is the ONLY doctor who listened to me when I said adderall was making me crazy and he is the only doctor who helped me successfully get off adderall. I love this man. All the supplements he has given me over the years have worked and I take them religiously. The prenatal protocol works too! Evidenced by my 9 week old baby who is very advanced and alert because of the supplements I took while I was pregnant and continue to take now while breast feeding. read more

To begin..Front Office Staff are friendly, calm, and knowledgeable. As a first introduction to the practice, you are immediately comfortable. The entire office suite is calming whilst being a well-oiled machine. Medical Assistants are consistently helpful and will re-explain until you get it. Doctors are well educated and dedicated to their profession. Quirky place, yes it is. Expensive, yes it is. Good, yes it is. read more

I went to Dr. Tent back in August several years ago and he did see me very briefly and knew from seeing the skin rash on my legs after a moment that it was a yeast rash from eating too much fruit, he asked if I was a vegetarian and I confirmed I am. He knew I ate in excess of the recommended 4 or so servings of fruit a day. He told me I had to stop and detox for 6 weeks and no fruit, to allow my body regulate and clear out all of the excess yeast fruit forms into the body. I went to see Dr. Tent after seeing 3 GP and 3 dermatologist that had no idea what it was and went back and forth telling me it was viral or bacterial and giving me antibiotics, steroids and creams for it that did nothing but make it doubly worse. I was prescribed a litany of pricey supplements but it started healing in less than a week after persisting for some 5-6 weeks before my visit. Dr. Tent is very direct and to the point and will not sugar coat your diagnosis, but he knows his stuff. read more

I had a few good adjustments with Dr. Tent before a TERRIBLE recent visit. My lower back issues flared up, so I reluctantly decided to schedule an appointment for an adjustment even with the COVID-19 pandemic. My appointment was at 2pm and I was relieved that the office was relatively empty when I arrived on time. Things went downhill quickly. As I walked back to my patient room, I could hear Dr. Tent yelling angrily from another room. I waited over 45 minutes before Dr. Tent finally came in to adjust me. Before checking in with me whatsoever, he immediately began ranting about politics, using harsh language about various elected officials, complaining about the economy, and referring to COVID-19 as a "hoax" that was "no different than the flu". I had yet to speak. There appeared to be no social distancing or precautionary measures in place. Tent was not wearing gloves nor a mask as he went from patient to patient. He continued to talk about how he had no concern about spreading the virus. This man is supposedly a doctor and a health professional. I left the office feeling much more terrified for my well-being than feeling better. Needless to say, I will never be returning. Don't support this place. They are putting their patients in danger and do not seem to actually care about anyone's health. read more

Patients BEWARE! I would NOT recommend Dr Gill. First appointment with him was awful. He is not a good listener, he speaks at you and he assumes how you are going to answer the question he just asked you and then answers it for you. He will not let you speak, the nurse took all the notes and spoke to me nicer and longer than he did. He talks at you and came off as rude and arrogant. He rushed through my blood test and spoke quickly so I had no time to speak or ask questions. He kept naming off supplements for me to take but not explaining the "why" of taking them. He wanted to put me on eight supplements which was way too many. The saddest part of the visit was he didn't want to test for anything he was just GUESSING and ASSUMING what my health issues were. Diverse Health Services feels like a hustle business, they use social media as their marketing and sales to draw you in, then try to get as much money as possible out of you without ever taking care to speak with you as a patient, run labs and put you on a path to healing. I will not ever be returning to this office. read more

Dr. Tent is absolutely amazing! He knows human body function way better than any MD does. I work with many MDs daily! He is knowledgeable, passionate about what he is teaching and also he practice what he is teaching! read more

**Edited: upping this to 3 stars, because the office staff really is great, and the refunded me for the supplements I decided I didn't want. I would still stay away from Dr. Gill, though.** I would 100% NOT recommend Dr. Gill to anyone. He will not listen. He will talk at you, not to you. He will get flustered if you ask him questions or try to veer away from his speech. He wanted to treat me for something different than what I have, despite the symptoms only loosely matching. He didn't care about any evidence (I had already had testing that proved conclusively that I had one, not the other). He gave me immune boosting supplements for treating a viral infection. I told him I had an autoimmune disease, and was he sure that immune boosters were a good idea. He said absolutely, yes, because autoimmune diseases are caused by viruses, and the best way to treat them is to fight the viruses and help the immune system do what it does naturally. I trusted him, because the new patient scheduler told me he had experience with this condition and this place comes so highly recommended, so I bought the supplements. When I got home and researched, I found that with my particular condition, taking immune boosters will make it worse, and they would counteract the medication I am taking. When I e-mailed to ask about it, he said I was wrong, and it shouldn't be a problem, because the supplements are all natural, and my immune system knows what it's doing. (Now I wonder if he knows what an auto-immune disease actually is.) The staff was friendly and helpful, and I can't speak for the rest of the doctors, but stay away from Dr. Gill. read more

Love Dr Tent and his team. He helped heal my husbands severe asthma when he was 14 years old and now I come to him - I'm pregnant, getting adjustments and great advice on nutrition - truly grateful for what he and his team do! read more

Dr. Tent has helped multiple members of my family including me. Spinal issues, nerve issues, stomach issues, twitching issues, thyroid issues, heart issues, anxiety issues, stress issues, ... and I could go on and on. This man is a goldmine of knowledge! Those who know him DO NOT need to speak for him on Yelp reviews... we will happily take your appointment spot because Tent won't be around forever and we value our health. He's got plenty of patients who secretly know of his value. Skepticism is natural... but so are his treatments - and they work! I have never been to a doctor in my life because all my issues STOP at Dr. TENT. I can't thank Diverse Health Services enough for helping me maintain my health! read more

very reasonably priced but the best part is Dr Tent diagnosed a few problems that an MD and eye doctor could not figure out. should have gone to him first. I do use another holistic doctor for hormone therapy but DR Tent is a genuis when it comes to most issues. read more

I went to see Drs. Tent and Krueger several times a few years back. He said my problem was no problem! I first had to cut out all gluten. Then all dairy. None of that helped. I was told to buy many expensive supplements for my liver and tons of minerals constantly (the dosage was something like 10 pills a day, so you can imagine how many bottles of this stuff I went through). None of them worked. It took about 6 visits and several hundred dollars spent, at which time he told me "you know, the your issue is the one problem area we just don't know much about, unfortunately." I translated that to "hey I knew the whole time I can't do anything for you, but I just wanted some money..." To top it all off, one of the minerals he gave me had peanut bran in it. Would have been nice for him to ask me if I had any allergies before I had an allergic reaction to his useless minerals. Not recommended, this natural medicine practice is a complete joke and clearly he is in it for the money and not making people better - otherwise he'd have told me on visit #1 that "we just dont know much about this issue." read more

If there was a negative star I would give it. 11 years ago I was convinced by him that vaccinations were a conspiracy. I believed this misinformation from his lectures which used uncredited news sources "Natural News, Green Med Info, and Mercola". Luckily, my friend took a science class and explained heard immunity to me and thankfully changed my mind years before the pandemic hit. For years Tent has "predicted" that Bill Gates wanted to take over the world through vaccinations and would use his celebrity status to promote this conspiracy agenda at every chance. A real scientist or "healer" does not use un-credible resources to promote their message. The use peer reviewed science published in scientific journals. Covid is a joke to him. He enjoys mocking other MD's and institutions to inflate his ego, which is oppressive. I had originally started to see him bc of a neck injury. For years I went and never "got better". Eventually I had pain shooting down all limbs, entire back/spine which resulted in me physically collapsing. I followed him to the point of my own detriment. Not once was I ever recommended to see a physical therapist, a massage therapist, or an ACTUAL doctor, such as pain medicine and rehab. I and others believed he's gods gift and that he possesses healing powers. Actually, he just uses a dousing stone, because "energy". I had no idea a rock was diagnosing me. Turns out that since I never got *actual* help or relief I developed fibromyalgia, a central nervous system pain disorder. There is no cure, but the onset takes place when you don't heal from an injury. If he would have told me to go anywhere else or do anything I would have. He has been accused as a sorcerer. He's a capitalist like everyone else, and one of the top sellers for Standard Process the vitamin/minerals that given to you bc of his either his "genius" or whatever the dousing stone predicts. He laughs at people who try eat healthy, who partake in actual medicine, and that you're vaccinating your children. You're drawn into his charade of a show, a character that he plays you either love or hate. In fact, it's terribly unprofessional and this man has zero boundaries when it comes to politics. However, if you're into Trump, the insurrection, not stopping the pandemic, and into pseudo science, this dude is your jam. read more

I can't say enough good about this practice. I've been coming here since t he early 90's. Nobody's diagnostic services are PERFECT but his are damn close. I am tired of counting on hands how many times traditional medicine diagnosis and treatment were DEAD wrong and just doped me up. Yes, Dr. Tent, it was indeed my kidney and you were 100% right, but hell, I got Tylenol 3 and booze for that New Years and it was a Rockin' Good Time! You were right, and got me away from horrible pain year after year, over and over.. Thank you, and I will see you in February when I visit my hone state of MI (from CA). Dr. Tent and Dr. Jeff are highlight examples of authenticity and integrity in the health field. All most doctors want to do these days are prescribe pills to alleviate/mask the symptoms instead of treating the underlying cause of them. My entire life I've wondered what it would be like if a caregiver actually listened to my symptoms and actually geared their recommendations to my needs and those symptoms. Dr.Jeff did just that; he really restored my faith, and I feel amazing. I can't believe how amazing my neck feels and how much energy I have. I also can't believe my PCP couldn't figure out I was low on certain vitamins. I just started taking the supplements and I already feel wonderful. I can't say enough how wonderful I feel. I have NEVER left a hospital or pcp's office feeling so complete.. EVERYONE needs to try out this form of pain and lifestyle management. Dr. Tent has been helping my family for years. He's helped me resolve issues that MDs could not correctly diagnose. He's clearly one of the smartest people you'll ever meet. The supplements used are from food not synthetic which makes them not only reliable but safe. It may seem like Tent is inattentive but you just have to ask questions. 3 family members with extreme long term health problem. All of us told by traditional doctors that we would just have to live with our condition. 2 of the 3 have experienced a complete healing within 6 months. I'm more than 50% better, but Dr. Tent told me it would take a while to fix me. Dr. Tent is the most amazing doctor on earth. I can't recommend him any more highly. On a scale of 1 to 10... a solid 12. read more

I met Dr Jeff here, as it was easier to get into his schedule in the short term, than Dr Tent. I had high hopes, and unfortunately I was disappointed. The experience felt like a business advertisement. Comes in, listens partially to what you have to say, then he leaves and someone comes in with a few bottles of recommended supplements for you to view, and then purchase as you leave.. I was surprised, as earlier chiropractors I have visited typically have done muscle testing to help determine what would work best. I bought the supps as I was desperate, not sure whether they have been of benefit. read more

I started going to DHS 3 years ago. All the medical, the "best" of modern medicine had failed me, actually made me worse. I was 6 ft. 115 lbs pail, sickly, just trying to make it, still losing weight. Wherever you are physically, there are biochemical pathways to support. When you find the cause and support the body so that it's own systems can take care of it, amazing things happen. That's what you get at DHS. They will give you the tools to take care of yourself and become a completely new you, allow you to make the "impossible" happen. I'm glad I was directed there. I would be dead by now if I wasn't, instead of growing into the man I seek to become, spreading that health and well being to those I care for as well. read more

These two men, with their dedicated, compassionate care, and depth of training, experience, medical & nutritional knowledge, brought full health back to my seriously ill niece, and then were able in One Visit to identify my son's issue that had caused screaming level pain over the course of 10 years and threatened his very life (that specialists at two major hospitals & in private practice had not figured out in all that time). A course of therapy was put in place the same day that resolved that problem. Those benefits are only the beginning of the story. My recommendation far surpasses your rating scale for these doctors. read more

Dr Tent has quite literally saved my life on a a couple of occasions. I was so sick a couple of years ago i was close to death, could not stand up for longer than a few moments and with his protocol and several months, i became better and better. In addition to that it was discovered i had lead and mercury poisoning, did his detox and now i'm on the road to recovery. Suffice it to say that i am a former Orthopedic Nurse Practioner (heresy to see a chiropractor in my world) so i am no stranger to the medical field, i only wish i had been trained like Dr. T as HIS method finds a cure, not a treatment. All the powers that be could not figure out what was wrong with me and Tent was the first breath of fresh air in my life, and at 64 i can say i have my life ahead of me now, not the grave. Thanks Dr. T Deborah Bond RN BSN NP It's better in the Bahamas, only after you Skype with the T man. read more

I've been a patient of DHS for about 25 years now. Dr. Tent has helped me when other doctors simply could not. That being said, he is also very burnt out. The worst customer service u can get is in this practice hands down!!! Dr Tent has no patience. He sees u for 1 minute literally 1 minute, walks out the door, brings supplements to u, writes down the product on the white board and charges u $10 "product consult fee". When u try to ask him a question he answer in 3 words and walks out, then his assistant tries to answer for him as she is the Dr. What a joke! U can't even try a product and return for exchange if it doesn't work. They feel insulted ppsssshhhh...Very arrogant Dr with no patience and the assistants Try to play good cop bad cop. The review by Stan R so sad. Dr. Tent is NOT a CASH COW. I have been to a Naturopath that charged me $225 to start. Dr. Tent is $80 some and then $50 some per visit. I have received FREE supplements by him 2 times. (they were not samples). He is a jewel that we are blessed to have help us get better and he is REAL...no pretense. It's clear that you were offended by him and that is affecting your thought process. As a Chiropractor, his adjustments are customized every visit and multi-faceted. He will sometimes put me on another table for a different kind of adjustment after doing the regular one. I have never had any Chiropractor spend as much time on me as Dr. Tent. Yes he is HIGE ENERGY but very caring. He informs his patients how to be in charge of their health instead of keeping all the knowledge to himself. He should have his own University....Oh, he does...it's on YouTube. Thanks Dr. T. read more

Dr Tent is an intelligent man and may offer some good insight into your health conditions, but due to his popularity he has become a bit too big for his britches and is taking on more than he can handle. He is essentially running a patient factory in the form of office visits and skype consultations. That's all well and good but he literally spends 5 minutes with you and has one foot out the door the whole time. Before you even have an opportunity to ask a question hes sending you to his billing department and they are ringing you up for the consultation fee and a long list of supplements. I decided to seek a different healthcare provider as a result of my negative experience and thankfully found someone who spends a lot of time with me and gives all of her patients personalized care with attention to detail. I refuse to be a cash cow for someone who is unable to provide the type of personalized care that I need read more

Oh my goodness. This place is the best kept secret. I have been going to Dr. Tent for about 10 years now. I'll admit I don't get in as much as I should because Novi is an hour away from me but I wish I lived next store, I would see him all the time. This guy is a MIRACLE MAN. As a hockey player, I used to get tired all the time on the ice, I thought I was going to pass out sometimes. After seeing Dr. Tent, he gave me some supplements for my heart and thyroid. He also gave me a great adjustment! In no time I felt like a million bucks. Sometimes when things are wrong with our health, we don't really know it until we are able to compare it to excellent health. That is what Dr. Tent made me realize. I was missing so many vitamins and minerals and I didn't even know it. If you have anything that ails you or just need an adjustment I highly recommend this guy. GENIUS! I have never met one person who has had anything bad to say about Diverse Health Services. Some people are quick to put alternative healthcare under a "quack label" but they are the same ones that end up living their lives with chronic illness, treating their symptoms instead of treating the cause. read more
