I was referred to this practice by my chiropractor due to ongoing upper cervical issues. I'm so grateful for his knowledge of this NUCCA care and of Precise! very unprofessional. i called to make an appointment and i wasn't told of their 24hr cancellation policy. i didn't sign any of my new patient forms and although i sent them a text on my end, "cancel" it was not valid enough. this usually works for every other establishment that uses texts as reminders. they said although, i didn't cancel or give them 24hrs notice, they would keep my $20 deposit. this $20 deposit was to cover a bit for any future appointments if "decided to go further" with the chiropractor. whatever that means.. it's either you accept my insurance or not. this kept things a bit shady but the reviews were good so i kept it on how they do their business anyway. mind you, this was all just for a "free" consultation. wasn't so free after all, having to be charged $20 through the phone. this should be charged upon arrival and/or after signing forms. i definitely don't plan to come here after this. i had high hopes for this place to begin with but this place lacked a lot of confidence in me, for me to turn away. they gave me the feeling of being money hungry first and patients second. lastly, although i told them plenty of times i was not interested in rescheduling, they kept insisting i reschedule anyway. the desperation in their voice and demeanor through the phone, to keep as a new patient was overwhelming. never had i experience this before. just don't go to this place. save your time & $. if you have medicaid, don't come here. read more

Dr. Cramer and the other doctors have been such a wonderful thing for my daughter. She was having some issues with her shoulder and, after the second visit, noticed improved range of motion and minimizing of pain. A couple more visits and she had NO PAIN. My neck has been messed up for about 15 years, thus I became addicted to cracking it myself. Little did I know I was making it worse, so I went to a regular chiropractor. I enjoyed the instant gratification I received there, but was still constantly cracking it. Then one day someone recommended Nucca with Dr. Fox, a low-impact and gradual-type process. I didn't think the subtlety would work or that I would have the patience for it, but I decided to try it anyway.. (I really was skeptical). Believe it or not this DOES work! I have been going to see Dr. Werner @ Precise Chiropractic for about 2 years now. She specializes in NUCCA chiropractic, which aligns the body by using only slight motion at the top of the spine. Prior to seeing the chiropractor, I suffered from TMJ (disorder of the jaw manifested by clenching & grinding at night) and migraines. To treat the TMJ, I had to wear an expensive bite guard at night, but I would wear through them in about 15 months. To treat migraines, I would take an expensive triptan medication that has to be taken within 2 hours of headache onset to work. Since seeing Dr. Werner regularly the past 2 years, I have not had to replace my bite guard and I actually lost my migraine medicines because I haven't used them in forever! So I am a big fan of her practice. Not only do I love the results, but the office staff is pleasant & helpful. They make an effort to get to know everyone and regularly ask about family and what races I'm going to run next. The office is clean, brightly lit, well decorated with a friendly atmosphere. Dr. Werner offers a 'lending library' where patients can check-out any of her books as long as they return them in 3 weeks. There is even a "resting room" with super comfy reclining chairs to sit in and rest after your adjustment before you head home. Went to Dr Cramer for some head aches and back issues. Have gone to another chiropractor that also does atlas alignment. Not unhappy with other Dr but since other folks liked her thought I would give her a try. All I can say is this was an expensive mistake. After first treatment my stomach felt upset. Was told this was not something to worry about and would go away. It did not. She then decided I had gall bladder issues and supposedly treated for that. Wanted multiple treatments per week. What a racket!!! She sure should have plenty of money. After giving this a few weeks I told her I felt all I was was a stream of money coming in and saw no improvement and in fact I was worse then when I started. Went to the chiropractor I had gone to before and in one treatment no more head aches, no stomach upset and no gall bladder symptoms. That should tell ya something!! I hate to write bad reviews but I have spent so many sleepless nights in pain the last three years after being treated by dr Cramer that I feel like I should say something. Three years ago I went in with lower back pain from picking up my 3 year old son. I never had any neck pain in my life. Dr Cramer only worked on my neck saying that it would correct my entire spine. I went twice a week for a few months and after lots of money spent and increasing pain in my neck and no help with my lower back, I decided to not go back. For the last 3 years I have had horrible neck pain that has kept me from sleeping, even putting my head on my pillow has been miserable. I regret ever being treated by dr Cramer. It has only caused me years of neck pain that I never had before. Hundreds of dollars spent and no solution to my lower back pain. read more

The doctor correctly determined it was my sciatic nerve and with 1 adjustment the pain was gone. Let me start off by saying that I truly believe that Nucca chiropractic works! I really do. Then why do I give it 2 stars? It's a long story. I have degenerative disc disease. 5 of the discs in my thoracic spine are wedge shaped and degenerating slowly. I have been to several "regular" chiropractors that refused to adjust me at all. In fact I have never seen a doctor or chiropractor that would touch my back. One chiropractor that I visited in Pontiac, Mi named Dr. Elcesar, even said that adjusting my spine was very risky and that I could die from it! So when I talked to Dr. Cramer at Precise I was very excited when she said that Nucca was right for me and that it would help me. At first it did. I had chronic pain in my rib cage under my arms and stiffness in the middle of my back on both sides of my spine halfway down my back for years. Within 3 weeks of nucca both of those problems were 90% gone. In addition to that my blood pressure that was running borderline high dropped 17 points in the same timeframe. I didn't even know nucca could affect BP. Then after about 2 more weeks of treatment I started to deteriorate. This went on for several weeks but I kept going hoping it was going to go away. Every joint in my body started to hurt. First my left elbow, then my right ankle, then my right elbow, then my right ankle. Its been 3 weeks since my last adjustment and I'm still limping on my left side. I never had joint issues, not one single time, prior to nucca. Now my neck hurts. Right EXACTLY where the atlas bone is. Right where the adjustments were taking place. And I have bouts of vertigo. Daily. I fear the dizziness is not going to go away. If you have severe issues like mine I wouldn't recommend nucca. I would prefer the pain and stiffness to dizziness and limping. read more
