I went to Goss Chiropractic to treat a neck pain. From an x-ray scan, I found out I had a reverse cervical lordosis, which explained why for weeks I struggled with stiffness and muscle spasms. I started seeing Dr. Jack and Dr. Mackenzie three times a week for three months. They were absolutely phenomenal and managed to heal my pain. If I hadn't moved back to Atlanta, I would continue seeing them for adjustments. read more

I don't go to the chiropractor often, but could clearly see this place was only about money. They didn't accept my insurance which was very odd and mentioned everything would be out of pocket. He refused to do any treatment insisting I needed an x-ray, which priced $265. After I told him I was unsure if an x-ray was necessary and was uncomfortable with the price he said he could lower the price to $150. I didn't think this would be a negotiable price and why was I not offered the lower rate to begin with? In addition, he started suggesting a weekly follow up routine, which I only was interested in a one-time visit. He was only concerned about locking in a new patient versus actually fixing my problem. For reference my new chiropractor accepted my insurance no problem and charged $40 for x-rays. read more

Doctor is horrible. As a registered nurse i know a money lover versus a people lover from a mile away. This man sees dollar signs when he sees you, and not a human. Cracked everything without even talking about what he was going to do. I had mild pain leading up to my visit, but now i have worse pain and NEW pain. THIS DOCTOR IS THE REASON WHY PEOPLE DO NOT TRUST CHIROPRACTIC MEDICINE. When i called to cancel my 3 adjustments in 3 days that they wanted me to have the staff was very rude, and then the doctor called me to tell me how important it was that i called him back right away, and that it's normal to hurt more after my first adjustment. Sounded like an infomercial on my voicemail. No, actually after getting adjusted by chiropractors in the past i know that i felt amazing the day after, and NOT in more pain! I walked in the door in a lot of pain with a crooked spine. With in a week I felt 50% better, in two weeks I felt 100% better. It has been a month and a half now and I feel great. my range of motion is almost back to hundred percent. When I wake up in the morning now I don't have to Creek and crack for the first couple of hours. They put me on the decompression bad for my lower back and it feels great now. Unfortunately this location has recently changed its doctors availability. Yet I will never forget the neuromuscular exam that they gave me when my husband brought me here. I was crying in relief because a different practice had been ignoring the disease processes on my back and limiting my ability to walk. It had gotten bad enough that I had slip and falls once or twice a year because my nerves were being crushed. The doctors also accepted my request that they only use their hands for adjustments because the damage was so extensive. My only regret is that they are too far a drive from my house and their insurance acceptance has changed again. They do offer decent cash patient plans for the quality of their services and they pride themselves on having state of the art equipment. read more

Let me start by saying that I may have never been to a chiropractor prior to visiting Goss Chiropractic but I am not an uneducated person. I always do my research. Unfortunately I trusted a referral and did not research this establishment. I began going to Goss for treatment for back and neck pain. The Dr's son also a Dr. I guess did ex-rays and a lazy physical exam and then an adjustment. The following visit was a orientation and ex-ray review with Dr. Goss. In which the Dr. shows a video and gives a fairly convincing monologue on chiropractic care. After which he reviews your ex-rays and blind sides you with a payment plan for services that insurance wont cover. Being new to it all I was kind of overwhelmed and made a payment plan. They sold me on the fact that i need continuous every other day treatment. In which they did less and less in my treatments. They put me on the message table for ten minutes every visit. Five visits in total all the while I began researching other facilities and care practices because something just didn't seem right with the entire program at Goss. I spoke with 15 other chiropractic offices and came to the conclusion that Goss is a con game. When I went in to cancel my services with them the good Dr. tried to convince me it was all legitimate. I was being billed for them putting me on a message table without informing me I would be billed for it. Then telling me that was my therapy. As I spoke with the other chiro offices they all informed me that there should be no billing on that. Its a courtesy after your adjustment unless you come in just to use that equipment. When informing the good Dr of this he told me that he not the Walmart of chiropractors he's the Macy's. Very smug man and I'll recommend not being a smart ass in the future. I'd also like to say that now after having care at other chiropractors and yes that's plural none of them seem to find the major issues that the Goss practice seem to find and they've done very detailed hands on examinations. Oh ya I don't need to go every other day as well. Goss is a complete con game. Much of his staff seem to be very nice people I just hope they figure out who they work for and venture on to new career choices. read more

My son and I have been patients of Dr. Conflitti for a year and a half, ever since my son was 6 months old. He has helped me deal with back pain due to carrying a child around. I went here after having a serious injury to my spine. In the beginning things were great . But after having several small surgeries during my treatment and not being able to keep appointment times the staff really changed their tone with me. I even called to state that I would be running late after a orthopedic appointment and Beth answered the phone and laughed . I then asked is everything ok and she just laughed again and said " just get here whenever " and then hung up. That behavior is totally unacceptable especially when all I want to do is be pain free and get my life together. I choose chiropractic care as an alternative to more surgeries. I honestly did not feel welcome after that call and I choose not to return. It's sad how one receptionist can really ruin things . read more

I'm one week from birth (pregnant) had a horrible migraine and tried everything like sleeping it off for 3 hrs - nothing worked . I called my sister and talked to my brother in law (chiropractic) in a different state and I was told to go to a chiropractic so I googled this place and bam called made apt. Went and wow - 5 minutes after they adjusted my neck (bone out of place ) the migraine went away so quickly ... I was so shocked but absolutely thankful with the results . Goss Chiropractic clinic has always been great at fitting me when the situation was urgent! The staff has always been kind and efficient. The Doctors always take the time to make me feel comfortable and explain their treatment plan and address concerns or questions. I first went here for K-Laser therapy for knee pain. The treatment made a big difference. Afterwards I started going for adjustments which helped me feel more balanced. I have been seeing Dr. Goss for over 10 years. I was suffering from chronic lower back pain when I originally started seeing him. I remember limping into his practice after 3+ months of physical therapy at a leading hospital and the therapy wasn't helping (bad L5S1). His staff took digital x-rays, loaded them to one of the computers in the adjustment room in which he proceeded to review with me. Dr. Goss explained how my hips were out of alignment (why I was limping-having essentially one leg shorter than another) and had some abnormal curvature of the spine. I was always scared of chiropractic care, but several family and friends were asking why I wasn't seeing a chiropractor. After my first adjustment, I walked out-not limping. I'm not saying saying I was perfect after one visit, but I was walking the most normal that I have been in over 3 months. With his continued care/maintenance I feel I can live a normal pain free life. I rarely write reviews, but realized today how I take for granted how accommodating his practice is. My neck was locked-up late in the day yesterday and after taking 600 mg and another 400mg of Motrin and using a heating pad-it wasn't much better today. I was in the area today and I called his practice to see if I could stop in within the next 15 min and if I could be seen right away. This was due to the fact that I had a business lunch meeting that I already was going to be late to, but couldn't deal with the pain and couldn't turn my neck. He had seen me within a few min of stopping in and after his adjustment, I had movement in my neck again. I don't know if anyone has tried driving with a stiff neck, but it's not safe-especially when your on the road all day. Absolutely wonderful facility! I've been a patient with Dr. Goss for a few years now and he is by far the best chiropractor I've ever been to. Anytime I walk out of his office I feel like a new man! I had shooting pain coming from the back of my head to the left side of my neck and as soon as I got my adjustment the pain I had subsided. Staff is always pleasant and professional it's very easy to check in at the facility. Prices are not by any means outrageous (depends on your insurance..). I've been to many chiropractors in my life, at least a dozen. I called this place prior to making an appointment to make sure they accept my insurance which they did after asking me plenty of personal questions over the phone which I thought was awkward. I clearly explained I just had a little kink in my neck that occurred earlier that day at the gym while sweating the air-conditioning hitting my neck. I walked in for my appointment started filling out paperwork and then realized they said it was standard procedure to do a spinal x-ray which I didn't want or was told I have to do. This paper they just started making patients sign recently supposedly. I told her I might've had one this year so she said maybe I can have it be as low as $150 like it was an auction or something. If you want to spend a $150 for an adjustment when they accept your insurance go here otherwise don't even bother...I would never go here again in my life & they're the closest chiropractic office to my house!!! read more
