It was obvious to me they had less than scrupulous business practices from the very start when they refused to tell us if our insurance covered our visits. When my wife asked their front desk about our insurance, she received the runaround. They then attempted to convince her everything would be explained at some group seminar with a "doctor" visit. However, just as I had told my wife, the seminar was a sales pitch. The sales pitch was full of half truths and misleading information. By their body language and posture, it was obvious the presenters knew they were being less than honest. Eventually, we got to talk to one of the chiropractors. She then told us our insurance does not work with their office. This was only after 8 visits and several requests from my wife to their office to check if they were covered by our insurance. Avoid this business. They might provide some temporary relief, but that's all. They do not provide solutions or cures like a medical doctor or exercise physiologist would. All they sell are lies, and they do everything they can to string you along.

I had physical theraphy, medication, injections and a microdiscectomy done. I did get some relief after the microdiscectomy because they found a broken bone on one of my nerves.
