Pack a lunch you'll be there for a while. They will not adjust you the first visit. It took about 40 minutes and I did not find out until the end that I was not going to get adjusted. The second visit was another half an hour with a slight adjustment.. They didn't explain the "care plan" well on my second visit. Apparently you have to pay for 12 visits upfront. On my second visit I told them I was buying a house and I could only do per visit payments and I was told that's not a problem. Apparently that is a problem. Because I'm a third visit they wanted everything upfront. I don't have The Greatest insurance so it wasn't feasible for me. If you don't have low co-pays. Or if you are not retired. I would look elsewhere. On a positive note they were all very nice. But you think they'd work with people that had higher co-pays. read more

I explained I wanted to change chiropractor closer to home and in network. I get adjustment every other month or when needed. I've done this for decades. I get thoroughly interviewed and xrays but had to come back next day for adjustment after Dr Steve checked xrays. I show at 4pm appointment along with 6+ other people. We all go together for another lecture about subluxations etc. I did get a great adjment from Dr Steve. Then all of us back into lecture room again & Dr Eric xplnd their treatment plan. Also they don't want patient who wants adjustments at will. Only their treatment plan. Mine was 2x week for 4 weeks. $195. My insurance says $20 per visit. That would be $160. I did get a good adjustment. However, I sat through 3 lectures from fast talkers. Oh,first day visit was quoted $150 for xrays. I had to inquire about $39 special. I made the appointment before I read coupon on FB. Finally gave me $39. Two days to find out they don't want to treat me as I requested from the moment I walked in. read more

I just finished my 26 weeks chiropractic care at DiMartino I can't express how much better I feel. I was in a lot of pain when I started my sessions and now I have very little to no pain Dr. Eric and the entire staff are amazing would definitely recommend this office to everyone. Horrible experience I went to my second visit to get my results and was not told they do them in a group session. I was a immediately uncomfortable as this is medical and due to HIPAA laws nothing should be shared with other people. Not random strangers you don't know. They did assure me that the results would be shared with me alone But I still felt extremely uncomfortable in the situation sitting with a bunch of strangers in a room that I don't know. I started to panic and had to leave and kindly ask them if I could leave. Went out to my vehicle and called them to ask if there was any exception they could make to the process because I was extremely uncomfortable and have very bad anxiety. At this point I was in tears and was completely embarrassed and they told me that they were not able to make an exception that this is just how the office was ran. I explained to her again my situation with anxiety and that it made me uncomfortable. If there was any way that I could skip that portion and only get my results, could I do so? She also replied with a no. This is just how we run this office. I even said I really wanted to go to them because I need help and she replied with the same answer. I would not recommend this place to anybody as they're not accommodating to their patients and they do not want to help their patients. I've never had an experience like this and in completely embarrassed and upset that this happened and that a medical office would not provide an exception for someone's medical condition to make them more comfortable. read more

Not a great experience here. Nice enough people, but they will not adjust on the first or second visit. I was looking for a new chiropractor due to relocation, so this wasn't my first rodeo. Needless to say the first visit took an hour and a half and I heard a lot about how I need to have my children in for regular adjustments. They have you see their patient "concierge" which to me was just another way to figure out how they can suck you dry of money. I mistakenly went through the entire 1st visit including xrays and just felt off about the whole visit. Lots of money later...I picked up my xrays so I could go elsewhere and they didn't even bat an eye or inquire why. Good luck with this place! read more

We appreciated DiMartino getting background health information, the staff was friendly and my husband appreciated the chiropractors attention and knowledge. We were attracted to DiMartino because of all the positive reviews. Here's what is NOT explained when scheduling the 1st appt or anywhere on their website - that you MUST buy into a payment plan. We did not appreciate the overly aggressive money hungry push to sign up for a treatment program, where you pay up front, after only 2 actual vists (the 1st visit was an evaluation, no adjustment). At the 4th visit (the 3rd adjustment) my husband was told if he didn't make a choice regarding a payment program they would no longer treat him which we found ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS not only because my husband was in a lot of pain but especially because they gave a presentation about how their priority was helping their patients feel better. We understand that some chiropractic offices want treatment plans in place so they get paid upfront, however this practice did not allow enough time for my husband to determine which plan he wanted, how his body was responding to the treatments etc. This aggressive mentioning that a plan had to be chosen on the 1st and 2nd adjustment and then to be turned away when you show up on time for your 3rd adjustment because you haven't chosen a plan is absolutely unprofessional and horrible customer service. The patients needs were defintely not a concern when they're trying to lock you into a plan. In today's economy, we want to spend our money HOW and WHEN we want too, not have any company hold onto a large sum of money. Additionally, we have very good insurance that was paying for my husbands visits and once the allowed yearly amount ran out, the insurance would pay most and we would pay a copay of approximately $11.56. They didn't care about that because they want you locked into their plans. So we took our business elsewhere, our insurance is being billed and we aren't forced into a payment plan with the new chiropractor. My husband is feeling better and unlike at DiMartino on his last visit where he was turned away, he is treated as if the Dr cares about him as an individual, not just his money. Seriously DiMartino, very poor taste and extremely unprofessional to turn a patient away when they're in pain and only had 2 previous adjustments. If you had been patient and given my husband a minute to breathe with a few more adjustments under his belt to see how his body was feeling and adjusting to treatment he would've purchased a treatment plan. I went to see them because of my continued back pain over the years, I was given a full range of X-rays on my first visit. The first visit lasted an hour and a half. I was also charged 37.00. They did not adjust my back on this day. I was told to come back a week later so they could thoroughly go over my X-rays with me. I was told that I have a phase 2, treatable back condition, and then served with a 2 page printout of 36 appointments for the next 3 months, with a cost of over 1500.00. I don't need to be educated about my spine, I was looking for someone to take care of my health issues. I feel it was a money grab, and it was less than genuine. I was also informed that I should bring all my kids in so they can have a look. What!?!? I will never recommend or go back. I called and canceled my next appointment that they made me set up. The lady on the phone asked why I didn't want to come back, +1500.00 for 3 months.. and I do believe that my problems would only continue. Shady!! read more

If you don't have "great insurance" don't go here. They will charge you up the wall for procedures you can get done else where for half the cost. Very nice to your face but something feels off about the whole company. When initially asked about if my insurance will cover it and how much I'll have to pay out of pocket. I was informed that it would be "gone over with me next time." If my " horrible insurance" (which one of the chiropractors said I have), didn't cover a dime, I would have liked to save my 40 dollar copay by not having to come in again. I suggest looking elsewhere for chiropractic help before choosing this place. read more

DiMartino Chiropractic is by far the best! I made the switch about a year ago and haven't looked back. The quality of care, enthusiasm of the team and efficient routine are what I appreciate the most. In addition, I'm a massage client and absolutely LOVE Kristen. Over the last 10 years I've had several massages but Kristen has set the bar so much higher. She's not afraid to tackle problem areas and focuses more on the long term benefits of massage. The office is always clean, welcoming and the staff is super creative with the monthly raffles, guessing games, Super Bowl squares and the like. A couple weeks ago my back was hurting and I couldn't wait for my next appointment, I called and saw Dr. DiMartino within 15 minutes. Highly recommended so if you're thinking about starting chiropractic care or switching from your current practice, go for it! You will not be disappointed. read more

Not unlike one of the other recent reviews, the staff was friendly, but the hard sell is the motive. You first get interviewed by an assistant that literally is looking for anything to list for the Chiro to indicate may have caused issues. I'm mid 40's with absolutely no past issues with my back. They asked about childhood things...think that there is little chance skining my knee in 3rd grade has snowballed. I simply tweaked my back doing heavy landscaping (only minor misalignments were found). First visit you are there over an hour, and no adjustment. After the assistant, x-rays, then you sit through a PowerPoint presentation, me with 2 other targets. The hard sell, and room set up, reminds me of a time- share presentation I once sat through. Including the individual meeting with the Chiro to discuss your "problems". Each of us received our "plan" and all were about $850 (discounted single pay up to $1050 depending on payment plan) and multiple visits per week for several months. I set up an appointment for adjusting, since this was the reason I initially called. They let me pay for that visit individually. Set a 2nd appointment for adjusting, they again tried to get me to set up the payment plan. I indicated that I doubted I would be able to meet the amount of visits they wanted, so they refused to see me. They indicate that the adjustments might not work otherwise. Don't fall for the "happy go lucky" nature of the staff, increasing your bill is clearly a goal. There are other chiropractors nearby, with good reviews, I'd talk to them first. read more

DiMartino is the best! The chiropractic AND the massages are wonderful and powerful. I went to DiMartino for my constant headaches and sinus issues. Dr. Crystal (chiropractor) and Kristen Ehart (massage therapist) have worked together to help alleviate my headaches and sinus pressure. I no longer get daily headaches and this is the first year in a long time that I did not get a sinus infection or acute sinusitis (I used to get it 2-3 times each year). Before each massage Kristen takes the time to find out what's been bothering me, any issues or concerns I have, and what I need; then she devises a plan to best treat my symptoms and relieve my pain. She's done research on specific irritations I've had and not only helped treat and heal them but also has educated me about what I can do at home to treat them as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Crystal for chiropractic care and Kristen for massages. They truly are magical! And everyone else in the office is extremely helpful and friendly and makes you feel very comfortable and cared for. read more
