I originally made my first appointment to help with mid back pain that wouldn't quit. I requested an appointment through their site and was promptly contacted directly to set up an appointment. A few things stand out to me about Dr. Sinawi that may be able to sum up my experience: flexible, friendly, persistent and creative. Flexible: I work in Detroit but live in RO and I can't tell you how many times i've called and said I'd be late due to traffic. Every time, I get an immediate and friendly reply from Meghan the receptionist (who is super friendly and personable herself) letting me know if they can make it work. 9.9/10 they are able to fit me in. They advise I may have to wait a little but I swear i've never had to wait more than 5 or 10 minutes. I appreciate that flexibility with all that competes for my time. Dr. Sinawi seems to understand that life happens and his priority is getting you the care you need. Added bonus, they recently added online scheduling that you can do from your phone or computer! Could it get any easier than that!? Friendly: No one wants to go to a Chiropractor that's a total butt or stuck up about the practice... at least I don't. Dr. Sinawi is a fun guy who is relatable and makes it easy to communicate with. I truly enjoy my visits from a human level. Good people give good experiences. This is also important to me because it creates an environment where I feel comfortable telling from if something did or didn't work. He is open to feedback and does not take it personal. If you do see him, be honest with him about what is working and not. That friendly demeanor isn't just a front, he will actually listen. Persistent and Creative: I'm going to lump these two together since I think they are two skills that complement Dr. Sinawi in his approach. When my first few sessions didn't get the results we were looking for right away he tried all kinds of different techniques until we found what worked for me. He keeps great notes to reference back to and always remember what did and did not work. At one point earlier this year I had my TMJ flare up and kick me in the face so bad I was going crossed eyed from the pain. Dr. Sinawi helped me with adjustments to my jaw and over time, we found relief from the adjustments that I just wasn't getting from the Dentist. I'd also like to add that Dr. Sinawi is open and even encourages complementary treatments. For example, Chiropractic and Massage Therapy, when it will be effective. Through his recommendation I started seeing a message therapist and the combination is really working for me. I see this as another example of how he has his patients best interest in mind. Bonus: He is also open late on Tuesday and Thursday which super helps us folks who are working the ol' 9-5.

Were it not for Dr. Kroener and his remarkable ability as a healer, I probably would not be able to walk more than a few feet and would be in almost constant pain. Treatment at Macomb Chiropractic is very reasonably priced, and everyone at this office is transparent, kind, and professional. If you are having pain or similar issues, I doubt you'll find a better option for treatment anywhere.

She assessed the first visit and addressed my neck, shoulder, spine, wrists and feet even. She's very comprehensive and thorough. She takes the time to really work with you and pinpoint the problem and to fix it. She isn't afraid to get in deep and work down to the core of your issue of pain. Scheduling was difficult from the start due to strict time limitations. There was no evening flexibility, very limited weekday availability, and Saturdays were booked months out. None of these restrictions are disclosed on Groupon. This morning, I received a call from Miss Gone stating that my appointment had been canceled because they could not accommodate me. No clear explanation was given at that time. I said okay and ended the call. After thinking about it, I called back to ask why my appointment was canceled after weeks of trying to make scheduling work, coordinating across states, and adjusting plans around their restrictions. During that call, Miss Gone explained that after speaking with her staff, the appointment was canceled because it was believed that I was going to leave a bad review. I want to be very clear. I did not say I was going to leave a bad review. I stated that limited scheduling availability and lack of transparency can lead to bad reviews, especially for working professionals and couples. That was constructive feedback about the scheduling process. Miss Gone confirmed that the appointment was canceled because they did not want to receive a bad review. I have never experienced a business canceling an appointment based on the assumption that a client might leave negative feedback. There was no attempt to clarify my concern or resolve the issue. The appointment was simply canceled. When I explained that others were asking why the appointment was canceled, I was again told it was due to concern over a potential bad review related to scheduling. Canceling clients for expressing honest concerns is unprofessional and discourages transparency. If this practice only accommodates people with very open weekday schedules, that should be clearly stated upfront before selling time sensitive Groupon services. If anyone doubts this experience, I encourage them to try scheduling a Saturday appointment or an after work weekday appointment for a couple. Availability is booked months out with very limited flexibility. Based on how this was handled, I would not recommend this business to working professionals or couples.IF I CAN GIVE A ZERO I WOULD..
