This is an updated review as I had first gone to Macomb Chiropractic in October of 2021 for…read moretreatment of back pain. I continue to go there for maintenance spinal decompression treatment with Dr. Kroener, and I am also undergoing acoustic compression therapy on my left foot. Were it not for Dr. Kroener and his remarkable ability as a healer, I probably would not be able to walk more than a few feet and would be in almost constant pain. Treatment at Macomb Chiropractic is very reasonably priced, and everyone at this office is transparent, kind, and professional. If you are having pain or similar issues, I doubt you'll find a better option for treatment anywhere.

Dr. Brittany is my chiropractor and I would definitely say she knows her stuff but beyond knowledge…read moreI also like that she thinks outside the box to make sure you leave well and good. She is a big believer that aches and pains in one area is connected to many other areas of the body that might also be off. I went in for a pain in my left shoulder and numbness in my left arm. She assessed the first visit and addressed my neck, shoulder, spine, wrists and feet even. She's very comprehensive and thorough. She takes the time to really work with you and pinpoint the problem and to fix it. She isn't afraid to get in deep and work down to the core of your issue of pain. I have been to see her a couple of times and I feel great after a visit with her. She got right down to the manual manipulation on the first visit and spent nearly an hour on me. Come check her out, she will set you straight.

I too was attracted to Rauch Chiro due to their groupon offer that they had offered. However, at…read morethe time, I was looking for a new chiropractor to go to, and in the time from purchasing this groupon until I actually used it... I had found a great chiro to go to. But there was one thing that this groupon offered, and it was for a 1 hour massage. I went there... not knowing what to expect just because I was basically telling them don't worry about my spine... thats all taken care of, but I'd like to take advantage of the massage that was offered. And boy.... can I say... I am happy that I did. I was introduced to one of their massage therapists... "Hope" and through the regular checklist of what body parts hurt... we started going along the lines of hitting some areas on my body that were really giving me some issues. Now, not to grade Hope here.... but... she is a small little one... but the thing is, she knows how to get in there and massage those muscles. I was very... very impressed by Hope, and I was even given coupons for my next few visits with her. So, unlike this other 'anonymous' reviewer that doesn't want to fess up to who they are? I'll say it... The office looks a little out dated, but that doesn't change the people that are inside of it.

My daughter (5 months) & I came in for our first initial wellness visit the other day, and wow..we…read morehad such a great experience from beginning to end...even when making the appointment over the phone, I knew I had picked a great place. All the girls who work there are so sweet, from being greeted behind the window to getting my X-rays, the entire staff was just so helpful! My daughter was getting a little antsy and they had no issue with it, made me feel fine and even had another staff member hold her during my X rays so I didn't have to put her in her car seat..(which my daughter loved all the attention!) Dr Rauch was so gentle with her..(I didn't really have any major concerns with her, I just know labor can be trying on both baby and mama and just wanted to make sure all was good) so after he did, whatever he did (tiny "adjustment" if you even want to call it that on the back, she was literally super giggly and happy..(even though I know some babies can cry just because it's a new person/place, getting spine touched etc so don't worry if your baby does cry!) he really did a great job with me, I knew I needed a little bit of work from being in a car accident years prior and what have you..so he adjusted me and I felt great..was not sore at all..I had my 2nd appointment today and was in & out which was nice & convenient! I can not recommend this place enough! I am soo happy I found this place!! (on a whim from my insurance website which listed 20 other places...I went by which business had been around the longest and had good reviews on Google) I have no problem driving the 15-20 minute for the upmost professional care that this center offers all the way around! :) Should also note, he is a top chiropractor year after year after year and I can see why! Super nice guy who knows what he's doing..he has been in business for a very long time which tells you right there, he's doing something right!!

I am writing this review to accurately document how my appointment was handled…read more I purchased a 90 minute couples package through Groupon as something special for my boyfriend and me. Scheduling was difficult from the start due to strict time limitations. There was no evening flexibility, very limited weekday availability, and Saturdays were booked months out. None of these restrictions are disclosed on Groupon. This morning, I received a call from Miss Gone stating that my appointment had been canceled because they could not accommodate me. No clear explanation was given at that time. I said okay and ended the call. After thinking about it, I called back to ask why my appointment was canceled after weeks of trying to make scheduling work, coordinating across states, and adjusting plans around their restrictions. During that call, Miss Gone explained that after speaking with her staff, the appointment was canceled because it was believed that I was going to leave a bad review. I want to be very clear. I did not say I was going to leave a bad review. I stated that limited scheduling availability and lack of transparency can lead to bad reviews, especially for working professionals and couples. That was constructive feedback about the scheduling process. Miss Gone confirmed that the appointment was canceled because they did not want to receive a bad review. I have never experienced a business canceling an appointment based on the assumption that a client might leave negative feedback. There was no attempt to clarify my concern or resolve the issue. The appointment was simply canceled. When I explained that others were asking why the appointment was canceled, I was again told it was due to concern over a potential bad review related to scheduling. Canceling clients for expressing honest concerns is unprofessional and discourages transparency. If this practice only accommodates people with very open weekday schedules, that should be clearly stated upfront before selling time sensitive Groupon services. If anyone doubts this experience, I encourage them to try scheduling a Saturday appointment or an after work weekday appointment for a couple. Availability is booked months out with very limited flexibility. Based on how this was handled, I would not recommend this business to working professionals or couples.IF I CAN GIVE A ZERO I WOULD..
