I was really impressed with my time at Dynamic Health and would highly recommend them! When I arrived, I was greeted by two women at the front desk - Hannah and Shayla. They were both incredibly friendly and inviting. They made the check-in process easy and were the perfect mix between friendly and professional. I also met Dr. Joe upon arrival, who was very friendly as well! He was not the kind of doctor to hide away in between patients - you could tell he genuinely wanted to get to know each person that entered the office. My appointment was at 9:45 AM, and I was brought to one of the rooms immediately. It seems like each person that arrives has little to no wait, which was a great surprise! Not that I would have minded waiting - the waiting area was clean, modern, and had great music playing. Being a first-time patient, Hannah brought me back and asked me multiple questions about my health. She was easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable. She was great at answering every question I had and explained everything in a very clear way. She took a few tests, explained what an ideal result would look like, and showed me my results. I think it was really helpful getting to see what my results were rather than just be told. After the initial assessment, I went to get X-Rays, which Hannah and Shayla both helped with. The X-Rays went by quickly and the instructions on how to stand were very clear. Dr. Joe was very flexible with my schedule, as I was just visiting some family and am currently living in California. Because of this, Dr. Joe took an initial look at some of my X-rays and pointed out some room for improvement. We also scheduled a Zoom call for next week to talk through my Xrays more thoroughly and chat through a recommended plan. Since I am out of state and about to head back home, he also gave me an adjustment (my first ever). He talked me through everything that he was doing and told me what to expect afterward (I.e. I may feel slightly sore, may end up sleeping great tonight, etc). Despite having just met Dr. Joe today, I could tell that he really cared about my health and well-being. I live in California and was just visiting family and he told me that he'd connect with some other chiropractors he knows and help me find someone out there. He was easy to talk to, professional and made me feel comfortable during the entire visit. read more

I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for chiropractic care. At Dynamic Health, Dr. Joe and the team really work hard to find and fix the root cause behind your pain. I like that he uses targeted adjustments rather than just jumping on your back to give it a good crack. He makes it very clear that his job is to see you less (which is something I've never heard from any chiropractor). The team is really friendly and helpful and make every appointment easy and enjoyable. Scheduling and moving appointments is also very simple. read more

The staff was very helpful and nice! I felt like my concerns were being heard by the chiropractor.

I went to see Dr Joe Smola 2 weeks ago per a recommendation from my pelvic therapist (she has since apologized profusely for the poor recommendation) THIS IS A SCAM. They just want your money! And by the way they make you pay in "packages" which is another red flag. So I'll start from the beginning... I called and made an appointment and they got me in right away (because the place is usually empty) on my first visit, I got a grand tour of the hallway where they have the history of chiropractic care and the doctors accolades on the walls. Nice I guess, but I'm here for my pain so let's get to it already!! I was taken into a room where I had to go into great detail about all my problems. Didn't seem unusual. But what was unusual is they let their kids just open doors and go into patient rooms and I have a kid myself, but having your kids run down hallways screaming and opening doors on patients is not professional. Period. I get that your a family friendly place which is nice. But don't have your kids running around screaming and opening doors!! After that conversation, I went into another room for an X-ray. I had to leave and come back the next day to hear the results of the X-ray and what the dr thinks I should do. Having to leave and come back the next day was annoying because I live about 30 mins away but hey this is for me to feel better right? So I should just go in the next day and hear what he has to say! Well, I return the next day to just be talked into buying a package for $2,000!!!!!!!! They don't allow u to pay appointment by appointment. It's either all or nothing. I got teary eyed because I was so disappointed. I'll admit, that dr is a smooth talker and yes he explains everything very clearly. Pretends to care very much. It's all bullsh*t bc if they really cared and wanted to help, they'd make paying for it easier. Why can't you pay appointment by appointment?!?! It's bizarre!! they did tell me I could apply for a medical credit card. I was denied right there in the office. His wife told me she'd call me Monday and I had made it pretty clear that I really wanted to do this but definitely didn't have 2 grand to pay them! It was either pay them the 2 grand or about $680/month! His wife NEVER called me like she said and that's when I really started to get the feeling they were bullsh*t artists. They pretended to be soooo nice. And I read another review for this place that was very similar to my situation and that's when I decided to write a review. Don't waste your time if you don't have $2 grand to shell out immediately to these soul suckers. I found a torque release chiropractor that lets you pay appointment by appointment who I will be seeing. No wonder your office was empty both days I went!!! read more

Dynamic Health Chiropractic - Chiropractors Near Me - Novi, Michigan

I pulled my back and needed immediate relief, so I was recommended to try out dynamic health. The office is clean and the staff were friendly and very knowledgeable about the history of chiropractic medicine. My first visit entailed lots of history and background of what they could do, and consult and xrays. The second visit was about consult and X-ray results, but the pitch felt gimmicky even if the intentions may have been good. At the end of the second visit when they finally gave me pricing the first quote was for $3500 for 90-days, but they offered it to me for $2100. I don't know why I was given the discount maybe it's my insurance, but they had some calculations that they showed me. I didn't mean to, but I stopped listening once I heard the initial price so I'm not sure how all the numbers work. I had already been there twice and nothing happened, and I was still in pain. I believe their technique is different where they use this little tool to push on you and I'm used to the old school cracking of my joints. One method seemed to work too fast and the other seems way too slow. Either way; no adjustments were made so I can't say this method is good or not, but I couldn't get past the price tag to find out. Others in there seemed satisfied and they were very professional and friendly in the office. It's just not for me at this point. I do wish they had told me up front what the costs were when I was asked so I wouldn't have wasted their time or mine with two visits to learn what it would entail. read more

Joe and Jamie, the owners, are amazing. I recently got into a car accident and called them the next day and they immediately got me in and were able to see me in minutes. They put their clients first and that is extremely hard to find in a business. They are also very knowledgeable, welcoming, and friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone who wants an environment where they feel welcomed and like family. read more
