Dr. Zach listens, asks for feedback, and looks at your posture before every single adjustment. He spends time with his patients and never rushes us out the door. In November 2024, I began experiencing a lot of neck pain. It just continued to get worse and worse. It kept me up at night, and prevented me from getting any real rest. No matter how I stood, sat, or laid down, I would always be in pain. I couldn't think or focus, and always felt agitated. I tried everything to get relief, from decompression tables and decompression pillows to purchasing sleeping pillow after sleeping pillow, steroid shots, nerve ablations, and both topical and oral pain relievers. I saw massage therapists and pain specialists, did physical therapy, had MRI after MRI, and saw chiropractor after chiropractor. The best decision I made was to look for an upper cervical chiropractor. I knew I didn't want to see another cookie-cutter doctor! I knew I needed a doctor who looked outside the box and didn't just crack my neck and then send me out the door. I wanted a doctor who could understand me and was also empathetic. When I found Dr. Zach's website and read his page, I was hopeful I had finally found someone who could truly help me feel normal again. I have been seeing Dr. Zach for about two months now. Prior to that, I had been living with chronic upper cervical, thoracic, and shoulder blade pain for well over a year and a half, and was feeling hopelessness and depressed. After my second appointment with Dr. Zach, I began to feel a million times better with my pain immensely decreased. After an entire week went by without the nagging pain, I was confident enough to say the words out loud: I finally found a doctor who was able to help me! I finally found a doctor who was able to help fix what I thought would be forever broken. I thought I was going to live that way for the rest of my life. But Dr. Zach helped me. I shuffled on into the office and everyone there took very good care of me. Dr. Mark is currently getting me back into shape with gradual adjustments and lots of stretching. I am a 460 year old male who has had back problems my whole life. It started when I was 13. I have…read morealways been athletic and in good shape and even with back issues played sports. My back would go out and freeze up 2-3 times a year on average for about 3-4 days and then I could function. This happened for 25 years until 2 years ago my back went out in February 16. This time was different I didn't recover from it after 2 weeks and it was getting worse.I was bed ridden and could not function as my pain level was of the charts I went to the doctors and they did the same they always do x-ray. The day of the x-ray getting back into my car I basically got paralyzed and couldn't move. I ended up in the hospital that day with a pain level that was worse than anything I ever felt. Turned out I had a BULGING DISC AND HERNIATED DISC. That had been my problem the whole time since i was a kid.The disc has been pushing on my spinal cord causing it to freeze up. The difference now is my disc burst and was leaking fluid onto my spinal cord. This was shown from my MRI which was the first I've received. The doctors wanted to cut out my L5 and S1 disc and put one rod on each side of my spine with 3 screws in each side. At first I wanted to do the surgery because I only wanted to not suffer anymore. However the more I looked into the results of the surgery the more I changed my mind. The stories I herd were horrible about recovery and results. I started doing research and came across Laser Spinal Decompression. They claimed to have a 90% success rate. Well I was like BS there no way it can be that good. I went to a appointment to see what they had to say and left there feeling like it could not be true. I thought long and had and canceled my surgery and decided to give this treatment a try. Even tho it wasn't covered by Insurance. So I went to the treatment and had immediate results the pressure on my back got a little relief. Mind you at this point I felt a pain level of 9 all day every day and tailbone felt like it was loose with bolts loose. Not to mention my hips were killing and I could not sit down on any seat for more than 2 minutes. I kept going and was feeling better and better after the 10 or so visit I started to want to walk and get some exercise. After the 21 visits I felt amazing I had played tennis and basketball among other things. So hear I am two years later and I feel amazing I dropped 25 pounds and Have my life back I can work and go out and do pretty much anything I want. Now I still go to the treatment and will NEVER stop going. I have done 3 rounds of it and it has saved my life for sure. I use to say I could see how someone would want to end there life with this type m of thing. I didn't feel like a man or a provider because I simply was broken. BUT NOT ANY MORE!!!
