Braces aren't fun, but Dr. Walker and his staff make it as pleasant as possible. Highly suggest this office to meet any orthodontic needs!

When I mentioned that I was leaving in a few days to go back to Seattle for Thanksgiving, he expedited the process of having my retainer made.

I copied my review from Google to make sure my story gets out:…read more I used to really like this dentist. They fixed a broken tooth with a filling that broke in 6 months, which they fixed. Then the same filling broke again after ~4 years. I complained every cleaning that the filling was lose. Their excuse is that the average filling lasts 2 years. So? Are you saying you should be held to the standard of average? I want above average care. I went to canyon dental because I trusted them. Now I don't. I expected them to stand by their customers, especially loyal ones who recommend them. But I guess not. When I did a simple Google search the average filling should last between 5 and 20 years depending on material. So either the dentist lied to me or is out of touch with recent studies from the NIH that say they last atleast 5 years. On top of this they forgot to finish a tooth extraction properly for a friend I recommended, resulting in dry socket. I left the review at two stars because of their previous service. Which is reflected in my original review below, only because of the hygienist they had working: Great dentist!! Cyndi is the best hygienist I have ever had. Empathetic for any sort of pain you might have. Just has a super light hand that always leaves my teeth sparkling with minimal discomfort. I highly recommend Boulder canyon dental, especially if you have had past issues with dentists. They are very accommodating and understanding. Ask for Cyndi!!

The front office staff, Dalese and Berenice, were incredibly friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. They consistently followed up with me to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed, and they provided detailed information regarding my insurance coverage. I came in for a root canal and crown procedure. Dr. Smith was excellent, clearly explaining the treatment process step-by-step and ensuring I was comfortable throughout the procedure. His dental assistant, Salina, was also very attentive and made sure I was well taken care of. The collaborative effort of the whole team made me feel safe during my visit. I was scheduled for a two-hour appointment, and I was genuinely impressed that Dr. Smith was able to complete both the root canal and the placement of the final crown during that single visit--no temporary crown was necessary. The result is amazing; the crown on my molar looks exactly like my other teeth. I am extremely happy with my treatment and highly recommend this practice. They did an exceptional job and were wonderful to work with.

I've seen Dr. John Feeley at Foothills several times, and every visit has led to new problems. I've had two fillings come out multiple times over the last four weeks, which he blamed on the practice's material. Each time the enamel has been exposed and I've been unable to chew on my right side for weeks at a time, when they can finally get me into the office. I also had a small chip on my front tooth, which has been bonded twice -- the first time he did a bond just on the bottom, which broke, and the second visit he suggested a crown, which is crazy for what was once a small chip. I asked him to bond the whole tooth instead, which he did, while making the tooth incredibly short compared to the other front tooth, and with a new chip in the middle. I spoke to the office manager to try and see someone else, as this has been 4-5 visits, but she said Dr. Danny Abboud would not take an appointment with me as it's his policy for the patient to only see the dentist who did the previous work. This feels unfair, inflexible, and devoid of human decency, and I will not be returning -- not only for the repeated failures of their work, but the complete lack of accountability across the board. Run, don't walk, away from this practice.

*Warning* If you don't like reading long reviews, you should probably stop here…read more.. I began my search for an orthodontist at the age of 40, which was a huge step in so many ways. Having a mouthful of overcrowded teeth for most of my life, I had already endured a great deal of gum health issues - some of my own making, but many due to the severe overcrowding. Over the course of 9 months, I interviewed with 2 other local orthodontists and although they were both great (each made sure to tell me how great they were) and I was confident that they would have done a wonderful job taking care of my teeth, I was still hesitant. Thankfully, as the old saying goes, third time's the charm. I made my way to Longmont Braces and before I even left the initial consult with Dr. Stephanie Ross, I knew that she would be the one I would entrust with my braces journey. She is confident and extremely intelligent, but without an ounce of pretension in her explanations or presence. I have witnessed her demeanor with patients of all ages, from young children to elderly, and have always been so impressed with her laid back approach. In addition, behind every great doctor is the team, and what an awesome team they are! From the moment my treatment started, I have been amazed by how this group works so closely together and makes each visit comfortable and pleasant even under circumstances that may not predispose you to that sort of experience. I HIGHLY recommend Longmont Braces and thank you so much to Dr. Ross, Pauline, Alan, Julie & Lisa for all that you do! (P.S. My teeth look amazing!)

My mouth work just ended and the results are fantastic, just fantastic!! So I can tell you from extended experience that her service is excellent on all points. We particularly appreciated her knowledge, skill, and always taking the time to explain what's happening and listening to our concerns/questions throughout the entire process. Her staff is highly skilled, attentive, and compassionate (I have very sensitive teeth). The office experience is perfect including a nicely decorated entry, a wonderful receptionist, and a well organized approach to providing her services. Wait times for scheduled appointments were non existent. I highly recommend using Dr. Ross!! You will not be disappointed.

Two major negatives and two positives: - Lack of Professionalism: Their Dental Hygienist was unprofessional in her delivery of bad news regarding my teeth and gums to the degree that she seemed happy when I was tearing up. I won't go into the details on this but please know that had I not just exposed myself to radiation that I didn't want to repeat immediately to get help with my teeth, I would have immediately left their offices. - Lack of Professional Response: When I told the dentist that their hygienist treated me so rudely that I had tested up, her response was to tell me "she and her hygienist were completely aligned in diagnosing and delivering bad news" which she later said "oh, we'll, sorry but you don't have to see her when you return." Neither responses assured me that this practice values the patient experience. Positives: + The dentist seemed competent in examining teeth. + The dental tech was friendly and professional.
