The last one we had seen at a different Arnold Clark dealership, the guy who served us arranged for it to be sold from Kilmarnock to make servicing etc easier, he also did us a great deal too. Their machine's hot chocolate is excellent, it's one of life's great mysteries but it is very very good. I enjoyed 2 cups while I waited.

Their staff are knowledgeable and friendly. If they dont have the car that you want at their Killy site they are more than willing to trawl through their website to see if they can find the ideal car at one of their other sites. There selection of new and used Peugeot cars is good and the sales staff are knowledgable and helpful. What i liked about the staff was that they didnt try to push me to buy a car that i didnt really want or could afford. Their after sales are good, friendly and very efficient! I would have no hesitation in returning to them in the future.

Returned recently to look at their own vehicles - the hybrid Q50 is very nice - and, again, a great experience. On our first visits around 18 months ago, the receptionist took time off from her desk to look after our then-5 year old son, colouring in with him and plying him with orange juice while we browsed and talked to sales staff. Sales staff aren't pushy and are very honest about the size and reach of the business within the UK. You certainly get the feeling of being well looked after, and what I hear of after sales care (of Infiniti as a whole) is very good.

Went in to buy a Ford - we would literally have bought the car on the day but the staff were all like the typical wide boy I know better than you type. I went with my mother and remained quiet through the proceedings - we actually found the car we wanted in the car park, gave the specs we wanted i.e. Ex Demo Ford Fiesta but they continually tried to push a NEW car on us - never listened to my mother said. Ignored totally that the car we had actually given almost a 100% match for was in their Ex Demo car park outside. I remained silent right to the end and then when I realised they were trying to fob my poor old mum off I started to ask questions - I am an excellent car mechanic having built my own Kit Car and own several vehicles so I knew about 500 times more than any of these slimy little toads they call salesmen in terms of technical specs , engine capacity and the like - as soon as they realised I was not just the dumb son accompanying his mother they got all defensive. Walked out and would never go back - utterly awful experience for my poor mum - she was so embarrassed! The Asian guy who came in to try and seal the deal was an utter arrogant p***k and I would have knocked his lights out if it was in any other situation - how they can employ d***s like this is beyond me!

The only reason we went to look at this garage is becuase out last car was on the way out and needed to be replaced. And we needed something more reliable that would make it back up to the highlands. The showroom is quite a fair size. The is a decent selection of new and used Renaults. There is always good deals and offers on. The sales team are excellent. Always willing to help. The aftersales service is also quite good. And the cars them selves have proven to be quite good as we have now purchased our 2nd Renault. I would recommend giving this garage a try. If you are looking for a car to give you many years or happy motoring. And as they are Renault specialist they will be able to give you a lot of information on your next investment.

He was honest and didn't apply the usual sales pressure tactics or BS, just offered a fair deal and a fair trade-in. Having returned to the garage recently Tom was happy to recommend a Nissan garage to us which helped us find a good deal, even though it was through a different company. Definitely worth checking it out if you are looking to buy a new or recent Toyota.

In fact, he was mega helpful. He even made me a nice wee cup of tea whilst I sat and read magazines (of the variety that are slightly more up-to-date than those in your local doctor's surgery...), and my mate talked shop. Or car, really. Ended up, they didn't have the model he was looking for, but the guy was really helpful and sent us on our way to the next garage which did have the car in stock (he even phoned ahead to check!). I'm just glad there was tv, coffee and magazines to entertain me as car shopping can be a tad on the boring side - apparently there's more to them than the four wheels, and the 'it-gets-me-from-a-to-b' factor... who knew!?
