I had a very disappointing and unprofessional experience at this office. My appointment was…read morescheduled for 1:30 PM, yet I waited over two hours with no updates. When I asked the front desk for an estimate, I was told "10 minutes," which turned into another 30 minutes on top of the long wait. When the dentist finally came in, he did not greet me, introduce himself, or explain anything. He came in grunting, immediately grabbed my bottom lip with force, and said "lots of tartar" -- which I already knew, that's why I scheduled the appointment. He then walked away to see another patient. Meanwhile, he spoke politely and attentively to the next patient, asking her about her concerns -- I was never asked how I was feeling, what my symptoms were, or anything about my pain. After this brief interaction, the dentist never returned. After nearly three hours in the office, I was told no treatment would be done that day. I was only given a prescription, and even that was communicated indirectly through the assistant while he was in the room. This experience felt dismissive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. Patients deserve basic courtesy, communication, and consent -- none of which I received here.

Usually, I get a mild scraping of some tartar build up and some fluoride brushed on, the end. Not here! It was thorough and felt like a spa treatment. The office was beautiful and comfortable. There's even a TV screen in the ceiling for you to watch while you have your treatment. I watched some nature show on an available streaming service. They offered headphones as well, but I declined.

I have a phobia of needles and being numbed but every time Schneider has make me feel super comfortable & heard! As well as everyone in the office! They're all amazing, and made me feel super comfortable!! Today, we did a resin treatment on my teeth because after braces, i had these ugly marks left on my teeth and made me super self conscious!
