Diego and his crew worked SO HARD. Our project was done in July 2025 and it was so hot out, but Diego and his guys wanted to finish our project for us before the summer ended. He said he'll send his other worker Yucute. He came the next day to give us an estimate and said he can come back in a few days (this week). We were impressed because the other places we called had up to a 3 week wait. Yucute did the work for us yesterday. Our front yard went from looking like the entrance of a haunted house to perfectly pruned/trimmed. Our back yard is no longer like a jungle. We have more work that needs to be done so Pat Landscaping will be the company we go to. We need some ivy to be removed so i can start a garden. Yucute said he can pull all the ivory and put some top soil down for the garden. That's really nice because this is my first time trying a garden and i wasnt even thinking about top soil. They also did a great job doing yard clean up in the fall and getting rid of all the oak leaves on our huge tree. I wish they could have gotten more acorns up, but by the time the leaves had all fallen the ground started to freeze and the acorns were stuck to the ground. We reached out to resolve our issue and were told the head landscaper had completed what we asked for. Eventually the main landscaper contacted us to Try and straighten out any issues we had and said to read to contract, and it's true, much of what we asked for what not delineated in fine print, so we were wrong to go with the verbal agreement. We figured we would just let it go until all the weeds came back in full glory 2 weeks later. There was no fertilization or soil grooming done at all. My wife called to complain today and was told this was something you have to specifically ask for. We are very unsatisfied with this company and how they operate.
