However, when I saw Dr. Chang, she could not find these 11 cavities :-) She commended me on my dental hygiene, and sent me on my way. These qualities are so hard to find in one dentist, and I honestly saw a string of not-so-great dentists before seeing her. This makes me appreciate her even more! I am a nurse and a soon-to-be dietitian, so I'm very selective about the healthcare providers I see. And I'm so grateful to have found Dr. Chang!

I told her that I was leaving the house and my maps said 15 minutes. She told me that would be fine and go ahead and come for the appointment. I arrived, Parking took a few extra minutes and by the time I got into the actual office and was standing at the desk, it was almost 20 minutes. She told me that I was late for the appointment, I reminded her that I had called and asked, and she had said to come ahead. She said that she told me 15 minutes not 20 and that they wouldn't take me. I insisted that she check with the dentist and she said it wasn't necessary and that they couldn't see me. I wasted time off of work and drive across town to go to the dentist only to be turned away after I had confirmed the appointment and called in advance to ask if they wanted me to reschedule. I tried to respect their time, but they had zero respect for mine. This pisses me off so much I can't even tell you. I really like this dentist, but I don't think I'm going to go back because I just don't want to take the risk that this receptionist is going to randomly decide that I can't attend my appointment.
