Moved at the beginning of the year and wanted to find a dental practice closer to my new place. Three Creek Dentistry was the top recommendation in community groups. Made my appointment by phone and first availability wasn't going to be until June, but then I got a text message that there was an opening sooner. So, I went today! :) The practice is in the center of the Red Mill Shopping Center. Plenty of parking and easy to get to as it's at the intersection of Redland and Muncaster Mill. Lobby/waiting area is nice and open. Checked in and waited a few minutes before Kim (one of the dental hygienists) took me back. She checked my temp as we're still dealing with COVID-19. I like that the practice has rooms that are semi private. Aside from the typical dental chair setup, the room has screen on the wall to view your dental x-rays. Then, when you are tilted back in the chair, there's a TV mounted on the ceiling. Kim handed me the remote and I got to flip through Netflix! Did x-rays along with my cleaning today. Kim was thorough with cleaning my teeth despite my jaw limitations. Dr. Trinh came check-in. Did a cancer check as well as reviewed my x-rays in detail. Explained what he was looking for with my bone density and gums. Asked about my concerns. It's always nice to hear good things when it comes to my teeth, and I got good news from both Kim and Dr. Trinh. Already scheduled my next appointment! read more

The reviews of Three Creek Dentistry are spot on. Dr. Trinh and his staff are fantastic, with everyone being professional, friendly, and personable. The office itself is modern and clean. The waiting room is comfy, with a sofa and little kids area with some books and toys. Since the hygienist at my previous dentist left, I was on the hunt for another practice to go for my semi-annual cleanings. Three Creek Dentistry received lots of praise from a local FB group, as well as Yelp, so I figured I'd give them a try. On my first visit, Dr. Trinh and his staff made me feel welcomed right away. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was good. She was gentle, but got the job done. While you get your teeth worked on, you are able to watch TV. They give you goggles to wear as well, which is nice for keeping any water from getting into your eyes. I like how Dr. Trinh takes his time to listen to your concerns and doesn't rush you out. Fast forward to several visits/cleanings later, and I'm still happy with Three Creek Dentistry. Definitely check Dr. Trinh out if you are in need of a new dentist! read more

The office is beautiful decorated. It is minimal and modern. The dentists and staff are extremely friendly and attentive. I am reminded via text and email of my upcoming appointments. I can respond to those texts or emails and receive live responses from the front desk in a reasonable amount of time. The front desk ladies always make sure I'm aware of my insurance coverage and copay before every appointment, all I have to do is ask. I really appreciate this transparency. I am greeted with smiles as I enter. There are warm drinks and refrigerated water in the waiting room. if I arrive early for my appointment. It's nice to have a cup of tea and read a magazine in the winter while I wait. There is also a Children's Nook with games, books, and even a little kid-sized lounge chair to sit in. Once it is time for my appointment, one of the assistants will call my first name and greet me with a smile. The assistants are really sweet and helpful. Once they make sure I am comfortable, they will hand me the remote and let me pick what I want to watch on Netflix. Good time to get caught up. By default, they usually have Moving Art or some nature documentary rolling and that's really soothing to me. My cleanings are always thorough and I am asked multiple times during my visit if everything feels ok or if I am comfortable. I never feel rushed when I am there. The dentists are very personable and caring. They always make sure I am taking care of my teeth at home and will commend me when they recognize that I have. They are honest about any treatment that they think I need or do not need. Honestly, I look forward to going to the dentist now. Who says that? read more

I thought I had found the dental office of my dreams. They let you watch TV, like the pediatric dentists do but for adults! But no... too much wrong with this place. First, the hygienists always appear to be fresh out of college. Like they graduated last week. At one point I actually asked if it was some sort of dental school. And since I never got the same hygienist twice, I still don't really know where they all go. The last one took impressions of my mouth for a mouthguard and I swear, it was like she'd never done it before. When she finally pulled out the gooey glop, she just let me pour drool all over myself. It was gross. But I stuck with the whole process so I could get that mouthguard. After I left, they called me and said there'd been a mistake with the cost estimate they gave me and they would have to charge me nearly twice what they'd said it would cost. I couldn't afford the new price, and they weren't willing to discount anything even though the estimate was their error. How can I ever trust them again? To be fair, I did get to watch TV during cleanings. The newest newbie didn't know how to let me watch TV during the god-awful impressions she made. Somehow the TV just wasn't enough. read more

Ok yelp peeps..its about that time..gather around!! This was by far the best experience Ive ever had at a dentist office!! So I discovered this practice via yelp (along with 2 other offices I was considering), but these guys took the cake! The practice is owned by 2 dentists, both of whom are young, professional, and very personable. Their facility is gorgeous, modern, clean, and completely equipped to keep any patient comfortable and relaxed. They offer free beverages (i.e. chilled bottled water and tea) in the waiting area. They also have flat screen tvs on the room ceilings (Netflix ready, of course)for your viewing pleasure during your examination and/or procedure. And you're able to see your dental xrays on a large screen monitor within the confinements of your room. Overall, I have been throughly impressed on each of my visits with these guys because they run a remarkable practice..bravo!!! Not only are Dr. Lam and Dr. Trinh completely down to earth, they actually take the time to explain any conditions associated with your dental health, which makes such a difference and positive impact in patient care and patient relations. People want to walk out of a doctor's office aware of what's going on with their health, and these guys deliver!! Their office staff and assistants are outgoing and very hospitable as well. The best dentist in MOCO! I'm reluctant to write this review that is certainly well over due, but I love the personal touch. They are precise, patient, and practical. I found out about this facility from a fellow yelper Nneka and I've been coming for a little over a year now. They offer coffee and refreshments. You can also bring any family member from a child to older adult. I've definitely seen every age range in and out the office. They have the best front desk office manager, she's a jewel and a pleasant person to speak to about anything pertaining to your appointments or bill. I had a few procedures done here and the dentist personally have called me to follow up if I've had any issues with pain or questions after my appointment. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone that needs the closest thing to a concierge dentist without the concierge prices. They aren't open every day, but that's never been a real issue for me. read more

Wow! I have always dreaded going to the dentist, but I finally found a place that is clean, modern, professional, polite, and just a wonderful place to go! I've recommended a handfull of people to go here, there's even a TV on the ceiling for you to watch while you're there. The staff and doctors are so nice and informative, they will explain everything to you so that you are aware of what is about to happen. They ask me how I feel and to let them know if anything hurts. Everything about this practice - the online and text scheduling, the wonderful front desk staff, the excellent hygienists, the outstanding dentists, the comfortable rooms, the Netlfix on the ceiling - is welcoming, easy, and personable. I came in for an $89 new patient promotion for General teeth cleaning, x-ray and exam. The doctor and staff were very friendly. They took x-rays and measured the depth of the gum pockets. The dentist recommended Deep Cleaning for over $1,000. I did not receive my regular cleaning which was my purpose for the dental visit. I read on the internet that this is a common technique of generating more revenues. read more

There's tea, coffee, and bottled water. iPads for little kids to play with while they're waiting. You can also pick what you want to watch on Netflix while you're getting your teeth cleaned. If they can accommodate you the same day, they will make it happen. Clean, calm and professional setting. Almost feels like a spa! They have TV with netflix installed on the ceiling, making the dental cleaning and work stress free. I had the hygienist, Nancy, who was willing to work with me. As a 7 month pregnant lady who was recovering from morning sickness, I could not lay back as a normal personal. She made sure to take breaks when I felt I was getting queasy. All of the staff are very personable, knowledgeable, and inviting. You want water bottles, they have it. You want to catch up on your favorite show on Netflix, they have it. How is it possible that the highlight of my week was getting a crown done? This was THE best experience I've ever had a dentist and this will be our family dentist from now on. I've seen both Dr Lam and Dr Trinh and both are so very knowledgeable with great personalities. The ladies at the front are wonderful and the dental assistants are also very lovely. The office space is beautiful and looks more like a spa than a dental office. They give you a blanket to keep you warm during your procedure and a warm towel after your procedure to wipe your face. My wife and I first met Dr. Trinh through his practice in Northern Virginia, and followed him to Three Creek Dentistry when he opened this location. That we drive around an hour to get there is testament to what a great dentist he is. The main thing I'm looking for in a dentist is someone who's focused on my oral health, and Dr. Trinh fits the bill exactly. He's made a number of great preventative suggestions that have helped me and my wife to take better care of our teeth, and has never tried to sell us on expensive services we don't need. I had an excellent first visit at this practice. They were super friendly, efficient, and made check-in a breeze. My hygienist was gentle and asked me regularly about how I was doing. The screens on the ceiling are amazing since they allow you to focus on something else other than the cleaning (although it was not unpleasant). Dr. Trinh was informative, kind, and professional. I came to Three Creek Dentistry because my original dentist could not see me for atleast a week when I called with immense tooth pain. One call to Three Creek and I was in their office within 2 hours. It turns out I needed to have a root canal done. Needless to say i fired my dentist and immediately asked Three Creek to schedule my next appointment. I have never been to a dentist office that was so respectful and courteous to its clients. From walking in, to laying down getting ready for my 1st root canal, the absolute best dentist experience I've ever had. My root canal was pretty much painless and I could tell the Dr really focused on the absolute best service he could give. After all of the horror stories I have heard about root canals I am so glad that I came here. Would definitely recommend to anyone whether its regular check ups or something emergent. My husband referred them to me as we just moved to MD. I have never felt so good after leaving a Dentist office! The office is very neat, clean, modern and well kept. My 3 year old hates Doctors. He hates the current Pediatrician. But he truly enjoyed the office as I wanted him to be introduced to the practice.
