So much to pick from, in all kinds of styles, colors and price ranges. Salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had an idea of what wanted so I didn't get too side-tracked- which is easy for me to do because there so many beautiful tile samples to check out! Kind of like a kid in a candy store! The salesperson let my contractor know what I selected when he called them to give specific measurements. That determined how much tile needs to be purchased. Tile was ordered and it arrived in about a week to Dobkins from the manufacturer. Next step is for the contractor to pick up this tile and start work on my shower! I can't wait to have a new lovely tile shower!

I had one full piece of schluter left over so I went to return it, totally undamaged, with the sticker SKU number still on, and was told there would be a 20% restocking fee. I'm fine with that and expressed that. She then looked at the receipt and saw that it was from October and stated in a rather snarky voice, with attitude, that she has a 30-day return policy. I'm not the one who ordered this amount, they did. So now I have a piece of schluter that I will never use for anything but one that they very well could have resold. I will never deal with this store again.

The employees have never been great or helpful but it was fine since we knew what we're looking for. When it was time to get our kitchen remodeled we thought how great they do free planning. The first time we came here was on a Sunday. We asked the guy cashing out about it. He literally laughed in our faces and said that he was the only one that does it and he's too busy on Sunday's. Okay... Sunday's are busy we called the store later in the week hoping for an appointment. They said they don't make appointments and anytime would be fine. We went Friday right after work. The lady who could help us started with a faint eye roll. Then walked us over to the to cabinets and asked us "which one we wanted" then while trying to give her the measurements she kept cashing over customers out and answering the phone. At one point my husband asked her if she wanted to look at the pictures we took of the kitchen and said replied "I don't care unless they have the measurements" Needless to say I left about the second phone call she answered after that comment
