So much to pick from, in all kinds of styles, colors and price ranges. Salesperson was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I had an idea of what wanted so I didn't get too side-tracked- which is easy for me to do because there so many beautiful tile samples to check out! Kind of like a kid in a candy store! The salesperson let my contractor know what I selected when he called them to give specific measurements. That determined how much tile needs to be purchased. Tile was ordered and it arrived in about a week to Dobkins from the manufacturer. Next step is for the contractor to pick up this tile and start work on my shower! I can't wait to have a new lovely tile shower!

I had one full piece of schluter left over so I went to return it, totally undamaged, with the sticker SKU number still on, and was told there would be a 20% restocking fee. I'm fine with that and expressed that. She then looked at the receipt and saw that it was from October and stated in a rather snarky voice, with attitude, that she has a 30-day return policy. I'm not the one who ordered this amount, they did. So now I have a piece of schluter that I will never use for anything but one that they very well could have resold. I will never deal with this store again.

Two weeks before the house goes on the market, I text him and he tells me verbatim "I'm not fixing your electric". Pièce de ré·sis·tance, he blocks my number. 1. My mom & stepfather flew out from CA and fixed the problem in about two hours (along with a bunch of other things him and his buddy Austin left halfway finished: those took several days). 2. I don't think Roger's even a licensed electrician, and if he is, he needs to go back to school. 3. And wouldn't ya know it, he charged me $150 to do less than nothing--He pulled out wires and plates, ripped off part of my door frame for some reason, and then just left them for me to deal with.
