Agree with the others who say 'worst customer service'. Just wanted to add that it is 2025 and that is still true! I wasn't going to make a big purchase, but even so, the man who was on duty could barely take himself away from the computer to speak to me. Tried to convince me that some gray tiles were tan/cream family. Not a bit of personality for a sales person. And the same when I returned the sample I took home to assure myself that it was gray! We purchased tile from the company to remodel our upstairs bathroom. Through the entire process they let us know we could return any unopened boxes. We had 2 boxes and some pencil tile that we didn't use and when I went they informed us there is a 90 days window. I did read the print after and noticed that out it's a shame that it wasn't addressed. I'm a little disheartened as well as I was looking to return white tile. Buyer beware! Great showroom and very knowledgeable salespaerson(Joshua). Although I have yet to open the tiles to be sure I do not have broken ones... Buffalo Carrier Services delivered the tiles. Eventhough there were two grown men who delivered the tiles they refused to carry the boxes of tile into the house. There is no garage at this residence. They left a pallet of $3,000 worth of tiles/materials in the middle of my driveway. They would not bring the pallet close to the door or even unwrap it as requested. So, I had to unwrap it and carry it into the house myself. This was very stressful as our kitchen cabinets were being delivered immediately following as the pallet was in the way. Called to complain to a manager and he did not seem to care. Funny thing... The kitchen cabinets came with only one delivery person, but he did not complain, and was willing to bring the heavy cabinets into the house with some assistance from me for the heavy cabinets that he could not carry alone. Big difference here - he did not complain. read more

Absolutely horrible customer service. I walked in to 3 associates engaged in their own personal conservation, which must have been incredibly engaging as 2 of the 3 would not even make eye contact with me. The 1 who did make eye contact, reluctantly offered to help ... his reluctance was pretty evident through our entire exchange. I understand customer service is not an easy job, but this was inexcusable. I'll gladly go elsewhere. read more

Employee David Green was absolutely fantastic. I'm remodeling an entire house at the age of 22 and was struggling with what I needed. He walked me through everything I need as well as advised me on what materials would be best and design opinions when I asked for them. I would have been lost without his incredible customer service and I'm so thankful for his help! read more

Worst experience ever. If there was a rating for 0 stars that's what I would rate my experience. Sold me defective grout that ended up drying multiple colors. When the installer was back to remove and replace the grout there were 16 tiles that need to be re set. After talking with my installer and reading several reviews online about the brand of grout and thin set that was sold to me it's quite clear they sell garbage products. The approx cost of materials was 3,500.00. The tile shop refuses to refund me any of my cost. Save yourself the headache and choose another company to deal with. read more

My wife and I resurfaced our bathroom and bought all the tile (5 types) for a considerable price from this store. We went there because our contractor referred us. The staff were very nice and we did not find them pushy. However, after giving them the amount my contractor wrote down for a specific costly tile, they ordered way too much. They admitted they made the mistake but said we knew that this tile was non-returnable and my wife shold have carefully reviewed the order form and caught the mistake. Really?!! If you make a mistake you need to make good on it. That is just good business. They said they did not care when I told them I would be writing a negative review. Now I'm stuck with hundreds of dollars of extra tile. read more

This has to be the worst place I have dealt with. They are in the business of selling tile and they will try and sell you anything even if you don't need it. I went in with my measurements for a floor and shower. The original purchase was short, even before pick up a second order was placed. Now I had to call and ask if the orders were in since I never received a phone call. I was told then a second order had not been placed but on pick up both orders magically appeared. During construction we had to place a third order now that was also called in. The next day I go to the store to return some tile and pick up the third order and I was told there was no order. I returned the tile and was told the money would be left as a store credit so the guy remodeling my bathroom could pick up what was needed. The next day he was told there is no store credit on the account the money had been returned to my credit card. We ended up getting what we needed, however I feel as if the employees in the store give you the run around with out putting any effort into looking something up. It's a shame since the quality of the tile here is great the employees just don't seem to know what they are doing and will not go the extra step when trying to look something up in the computer. I gave them two stars for the quality of tile but in my book the customer service should not receive any stars. read more
