He went over my x-rays and MRI with me and gave me an unhurried and thorough exam. He dictated notes into a Alexa-like device and then answered my 58 questions in great detail often referring back to the x-ray or MRI. I was there for a second opinion and didn't feel he was looking for "more work" from me nor did I feel he was agreeing with the first opinion out of rote. He was the pinnacle of professionalism and obviously extremely skilled. If you read his bio for his education and training, it's impressive and tailor made for my specific injury. All in all, this was the most positive experience I've had with a physician in decades. I reserve the right to come back and edit this review if I get charged for anything that I'm not expecting but short of that, I can't recommend Dr. Stuffmann highly enough. If there was an option for more than 5 stars, I'd easily do that.

Dr. Safanda was nothing short of amazing with the appointment I had with him this morning. I've had 2 prior visits with a doctor concerning issues with my elbow that they couldn't explain or remedy with medication and referred me to Hand to Shoulder. The staff were very professional, personable, and very helpful. Dr. Safanda was extremely patient focused in explaining everything he was doing before and during the actions he needed to take. All my questions were answered with great clarity and he was able to provide immediate solutions to correct for the problem I was having with my elbow.

This is the reason I travel almost 200 miles to be treated by Dr. Peatman. The Webster Orthopedic Group is a class act. Every person I have dealt with has been friendly, polite and professional. Calls are answered or returned promptly, waiting room time for appointments is almost non-existent, Dr. Peatman and his staff are efficient and respectful of my time. Often, they get me in early and out quickly due to my long drive. All my crazy requests are handled efficiently with 5 star customer service. I have never been made to feel I'm asking for too much or wasting the staffs time. Dr. Peatman is a confident but not cocky surgeon who always makes me feel he has my best interests at heart. He takes time to answer my questions and explain treatments and procedures so I fully understand. He never appears to be in a hurry. She called his office and I went straight to his office.. was the kindest doctor full of knowledge still very young at the time, he put me at ease and explained everything about the surgery. Having hip replacement surgery was the best decision I've ever made in my life. I've had absolutely no pain in the hip., the morning after my surgery, I hesitated to put weight on that leg for fear of the pain that would happen in my hip. The nurse encouraged me go ahead. It'll be OK,I put my weight on the leg, in total amazement,I had absolutely zero pain deep in my hip. I had forgotten what it felt like to have zero pain in my hip. It was and still is to this day, amazing to be without pain. I love my hip-still to this day love my hip resurfacing surgery. I am so thankful for Dr Thomas Peatman. He is such a humble, down to earth doctor who explained everything thoroughly and put her mind at ease. He has amazing bedside manner and he listens to the patient with empathy. The surgery and recovery went smooth, I wholeheartedly recommend him. He provides the type of care that you just don't see with doctors these days. It is so rare to have such a caring surgeon.

Dr. Shinnaman is an excellent physician…read more I wasin excruciating pain because of my sciatica when I came to Dr. Shinnaman for treatment. I was stooped over, bending sideways to the right, moaning, grunting with each step that I took, and holding myself up with a cane. Dr. Shinnaman began with accupuncture. The first needle that he inserted into my back hurt so much that I almost screamed, but by the sixth needle, I was able to tolerate the pain. By the end of the day, my sciatica had significantly subsided. Dr. Shinnaman does not just push pills to manage my pain. Over the course of the next several weeks, he continued to treat me with accupuncture and injections. By the third time that I saw him, I was almost pain free. I'm able to sleep again, walk upright again, and I'm not grunting and moaning with excruciating pain with every step that I take. I'm still seeing Dr. Shinnaman to complete my course of treatment, but he's giving me my life back. I've been treated by another back physician, but his two rounds of injections had done nothing. Even one of the best neurosurgeon at UCSF said, "this is exactly what you need". Go see him if you are in pain and nothing seems to have worked.

We were scheduled to have a procedure completed and a payment was collected. On February 17, we had a change of heart and cancelled said procedure. I was clearly told that the refund would be processed, yet it is now June and I still have not received the money or a clear explanation for the delay. Over the past several months, communication has been inconsistent and unprofessional. I have had to repeatedly follow up for updates, only to receive vague responses or no resolution at all. A medical clinic should operate with integrity, transparency, and accountability, especially when handling patients' finances. While the staff may have initially appeared helpful, failing to honor a promised refund for this long is unacceptable. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this clinic to carefully review financial policies and documentation before making payments. As far as communication, I am very disappointed with the level of communication and professionalism from this clinic. Since February, I have called on seven different occasions and left multiple voicemails requesting a call back from the manager regarding my unresolved refund issue. To this day, I have not received a single response. Management ignoring repeated attempts to communicate with patients is unacceptable, especially when it involves a significant amount of money owed. I've been suffering for almost 40 years and just 24 hours after the injection, the pain is 90% gone. The only thing I will do different if I need to go back again is ask for general anesthesia before the procedure. Marcela from the front desk asked me if I had anything to eat or drink in the last four hours. I said no. I then asked if I was supposed to receive any surgery instructions because I almost did eat and drink this morning. She reacted emotionally, and insisted that I did receive surgery instructions. She then stated, "I'm cancelling your surgery." My first appointment with this office was two months ago on August 7. The front desk mailed me someone else's surgery instructions with my Name and address on it. The surgery was scheduled for the day prior to my first appointment. I called the front desk because I was concerned that I was scheduled for surgery without even having my first appointment. The front desk employees brushed it off as an accident. I think it's very unprofessional that I received somebody else's surgery instructions two months ago, but not my own surgery instructions before my own surgery. It also takes over nine days to receive a I called The front desk regarding this issue on 10/7 and was told that the PA will send it again. I asked if there was any tracking or if it was lost in the mail and was told "l don't know." The front office staff seem to be confused and need to be retrained. They lack professionalism, organization skills, proper planning, and seem to forget to issue patients basic instructions to prepare for an important surgery.
