Have patience. Staff- Each member me and my son came in contact with gave exceptional customer service. Everyone was really nice and helpful. Ambiance- Very pleasing to the eyes throughout and the signage is good. We didn't need to ask which way to go, to get to our seats, very explanatory. Seating/view- Pretty comfortable seating wise, but not much leg room. If you have height on you, it can become a little uncomfortable. My son said he was struggling. It doesn't look to be a bad seat in the building. We sat in Section 108 and we had perfect view of the court. Restroom- Pleanty of stalls and clean. Food and Drinks- We didn't eat because we had plans after. But I have to say, I do feel there food is high for what you would get. Though I feel the way I do, I would still purchase. Event- The Big 3...they handled it well. They transformed the court perfectly. We had a great time.

I've never had a bad time here. During the Blackpink concerts, I even met some people that traveled up from Brazil! I love other venues around the city(The Eastern, Masquerade, Roxy, A few others), but when groups grow, State Farm seems to be the place they play... until they're large enough to sell out the football stadium. State Farm Arena is good enough. There are things to do pre-show around the stadium (Coca-Cola Museum, Civil Rights Museum, Aquarium, Olympic Park). There are a few places to eat around but I'd suggest finding a place to eat before you head down to the arena. Out of all the NBA arenas I've been in, you can definitely see and feel the age of this arena. It gets the job done but it needs some upgrades. The staff is always nice and helpful here. I've started to see the setup in other places now but I seem to remember this arena being one of the first with one of those walk-in, it monitors what you take, and leave without any cashiers or employees being around. (Note: To get into the mini-market, you have to swipe card(puts a hold on your card for 25 dollars). If you spend under that, it'll adjust within days. If you spend over that, it'll also adjust upward. I was skeptical at first but it works flawlessly. Bmth sounded great. Twice sounded great. Blackpink sounded okay-ish... the sound was definitely off, muffled, and trying to be LOUD for part of their show. If one of your acts roll through, definitely check them out here. SPECIAL NOTE: Plenty of parking around but if you can, try buying parking in advance at the CNN lot. It usually sells out but if you park on that deck, it's much easier to get away from the traffic post-show.

This place is pretty big and not too far from the mall with a great view. A lot of parking spaces usually where there is an event here they have the concession stand up and running and small business selling items as well, depending on what the event consist of. Again, this particular event brought me here because of the jobs there so there were pros and cons lots of volunteers and people to help assist, but if you ask me, it could've been a lot a lot a lot more more organized it lacked badly . I'm not sure if it was not enough volunteers or enough directions that went around the job fair started at 9 AM. It was over at 3 PM. I arrived at around noon made it in pretty quickly and I was instructed where to go. After that, you were pretty much left to fish for yourself no real signs on what was being 100% offered or if you should join the line no information about how many people they were looking to hire per each position or what kind of background would be needed we were just told pretty much. It's a job fair and had to mingle for ourselves.

Two of my favorites are WINTER JAM 2024 & Hockey games with my husband. This stadium has excellent appeal and is easy to get to. Parking is abundant both outdoor and garages. I can say I have had seats midway in the decks all the way to floor seats center. The massive screens allowed me to never miss a shot or singer. This arena offers season tickets for the hockey fan. Or VIP meet & greets for the music lovers in us all.

Once you get into the parking lot which is shared with the Marriott hotel, there is no organization whatsoever. People were parking on the sidewalk, and any piece of grass. It took us about 20 mins to find a parking spot. Clear bags are strictly enforced for women so don't bother bringing your cute purse. I had a small makeup bag and they allowed me to bring that inside. Based on what I could see alcoholic beverages were for sale but the lines were so long we didn't waste time trying to purchase a drink. We had floor seats and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The floor seats are folding chairs side by side. Thankfully we were close enough to the stage to see everything up close. We arrived over an hour after the show had started and so I was not surprised someone was sitting in our seats. The staff member who led us to our seat advocated for us and made sure the couple moved to their own seats and vacated ours. The comedy show was excellent, very funny. Leaving the building took a while but the real nightmare was getting out the parking lot, it took about 30 minutes. Overall not a horrible experience but they need a better process to get in and out of the parking area. I will never attend another event here on a week day unless I have time to arrive extra early.

Unfortunately it was a rainy evening so everything was soaked, but we weren't going to let that ruin our 1 hour drive to see Tom Keifer. The venue is VERY small. Not sure of the capacity, but I will say that the best places to sit is in the center even if you are in the last row. We were seated stage right 2nd row and couldn't really see anything thanks to the pillars at the front of the stage and also the equipment blocking the view. Word of warning.....I was initially bummed I couldn't get Row 1 when I searched for tickets...when I got there, I was ecstatic I didn't get Row 1. I would be so upset if I paid for front row seats and had to essentially sit on the ground. Row 1 had to sit on the wet ground...it was the ledge/wall type thing with fake grass and brick. Row 2 was the first row with actual seats. It appears that all of the sections are this way. 1 row no chairs (sit on the ground) 1 row chairs, then repeat. The good part is the money spent there goes to the school. So that's awesome. The other good part is the bathrooms! there's no line and they are much bigger than you would expect, they are clean AND it's air conditioned. Concession ladies weren't the nicest. Before the show was over (even before the last song prior to the encore started), I went up to buy a water and was told they were closed. They are losing a lot of money by turning it away that early. I didn't sit VIP, but glad I didn't. The website describes the "Suites" as something awesome....What it actually is, is a tailgating tent for each "Suite" with a high top table and chairs, a bucket of bud light type beer, and a buffet setup across the way catered by Golden Corral. There's no fans, no AC, not indoors...not what one expects to receive for that kind of money. Over all the venue is just ok - It's very nice and new from a looks perspective, but not very professionally handled. It's nice in theory, but needs work. Oh right..the show - it started over half an hour late and then there were amp issues the whole night. Not sure I would go back here.

I hadn't been back here since it was the Braves stadium. It was really easy to find our seats and we had a good view of the entire field. They had some food trucks inside and other companies set up selling food. The prices were to be expected. The food quality was really good. I want to say I paid right under $5 for ice cream and I wasn't at all surprised. The main entrance is very open, so we took time to sit out there on some steps to get away from our seats for a minute. It wasn't very busy so it was like a mini break from reality. I'd come back here again for an event. The space is really clean and open. The restrooms were clean too. The directional signs were on point and helpful.

Since it's a boy's tournament, the ladies room stayed clean and mostly empty. The usual concession stands, but with airport prices. There is a lot of development going up around it, but Chick-fil-a and Wendy's are already open right across the street. I was surprised by what a picturesque setting it is.
