I could not be happier with the product and Versani's unbelievable customer service. I live in CA and bought the first ring at the Versani store while vacationing in NYC with my wife. I wore it as my wedding ring. Once I realized I had lost the ring, I called the store on a Sunday. The gentleman who answered the phone told me exactly what to do to get the second ring ordered. I had some specific instructions about the finish on the ring and needed a half size (10.5) because the 11, always a bit loose, slipped off my hand without me realizing. The next day, I received a text of the ring in a picture and it had already been sized and finished perfectly as requested. "Is this what you'd like it to be" was the note with the picture as thewanted to make sure it was to my liking. It was!!! Amazing! I received the perfect replacement that Saturday. Less than a week to receive a custom ring. Perfect service, perfect product. I am blown away. In a world where even mediocre customer service is rare, this was exceptional. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Time estimate was 15-20 minutes but everything (Love bracelet and ring cleaning) came back in maybe 5-10 or so. Very easy in and out. Definitely a curated selection of pieces, but was not a busy store at all and can see myself coming here to make purchases vs. Fifth Avenue which gets a little touristy at times.

I went to SoHo Cartier location to try on a few watches and rings as I wanted to try and compare options from different brands. After trying a watch on the third floor, we moved to the second floor to look at rings. The issue was that specific models and sizes I wanted to try on weren't available. Instead, they brought out different models in sizes, most wouldn't even go past half my finger and then casually told me they could "order the model in my size." How is that supposed to help me make a purchase decision? I couldn't even see what the actual ring would look like on my hand. The colors were off, the size was off, and I had no real sense of how the pieces would look on me. Despite that, there was a clear undertone of pressure to commit. We tried a few but weren't ready to commit so we told the sales associate we'd pass for now and think about it. After that, she walked away without a word so we assumed that she went to put the pieces back and return to us to escort us downstairs. We waited 5-10 minutes but she never came back. We then walked downstairs confused and then we found out that she just moved on to help another client. No request for contact info, no follow-up, and not a single closure of any kind. As we left, we made eye contact but she ignored us and did not say anything. Throughout our entire visit, she carried an attitude and seemed pissed off the entire time and did not smile once. When I told her at the end of our visit that we will pass on for today, she gave an attitude as if helping us was an inconvenience because we didn't pull the trigger on purchasing it today. I called the location afterwards to file a complaint. It took me awhile for them to finally pick up and when I finally talked on the line to Oren, the Manager, and explained that I wanted to report the service and asked for the associate's name, he said that he'll be right back. I waited a little bit and then he just hung up. I've tried calling back multiple times since but got ghosted. A manager who won't even take a call to address a complaint about his own team is frankly the bigger problem. For context, I have purchased Cartier items in the past but not this boutique. I came to this location because other locations were out of the specific models that I wanted to try on. The service at 5th Avenue and Madison was professional and what you would expect at this price point. Soho on the other hand was straight up the worst. Soho is one of the flagship locations for Cartier and I think customers deserve better service and courtesy. Here, you get neither and on top of that, the manager is busy covering up his incompetent sales associates without taking accountability. Save your time and go to the one in 5th Avenue and Madison instead.

Soon after, having not worn the earrings yet, I purchased a necklace and another pair of earrings to wear to an awards ceremony. I later stopped by the store in person to pick up two additional pairs of earrings to gift to members of my professional team. After having worn the earrings purchased for the awards ceremony for only two hours, the gold plating had worn off completely (the ceremony was indoors in an air-conditioned facility and I've never in my life worn plated jewelry to the point of the plating wearing off). The necklace was covered in scratches and damaged beyond repair, which is odd considering it was genuinely just sitting under my collar bone. No dancing or strange movements, no drinking involved. I never even wore the first two pairs purchased. I've kept them tucked away inside my jewelry drawer - where none of the other pieces I own are damaged in the slightest - and the backs of both sets have next to no gold plating left on them at all. It's worn off with them just sitting in a jewelry case. This week, I decided to list them at a very low price - significantly lower than retail - on Poshmark in hopes of them being recycled or upcycled by someone who would both wear them and didn't mind the damage. I was sure to include the company's name in the listing to be clear as to where they were from and multiple photographs of the APM Monaco stamp on the back and the rubber nuts on each post of the stud. I've been a top seller with hundreds of 5-star reviews and thousands of dollars in sales - including PM authenticated items - for 5 years. There hasn't been a single issue with any of my listings, nothing has ever been sent back to me, no problems whatsoever. Today, I received an email from Poshmark support indicating that an APM Monaco staff member had marked my listing as fraudulent, claiming that I had duplicated their product and was attempting to sell a counterfeit item. There was an entire paragraph dedicated to outlining how the company may choose to take me to court. The gaul! The earrings are incredibly cheaply made, deteriorate after just a few hours of wear, I personally do not know a single person anywhere in the US/Canada/Europe who has even ever heard of APM Monaco (i.e. they're not exactly a hot item that anyone would even want to replicate and resell), and they have my data stored in their customer database (or should, given that I recall the SA in their store entering it into the system). I was already quite unimpressed by the quality of APM's products, but to threaten a repeat customer with litigation over a single pair of gold plated, sterling silver studs that were listed at less than half of the original price (and are authentic) is absolutely lunacy. I can say with certainty that I will never purchase a single item from this company again.

I ended up getting two tattoos at Uplift with the artist Junh, who was recommended as a great artist for a first-timer. It was the perfect experience, from initial consultation--I set it up online, then visited the studio a couple of days before to talk about two possible designs--through the tattooing process. The studio was spotless and elegant. The atmosphere was so calm that I felt like I was at a spa. Junh was super friendly, patient, and encouraging as we worked out placement and different sizing options. I didn't know what to expect about discomfort/pain, but I suspect it was much more comfortable because I felt so welcomed and taken good care of. I actually found the whole experience oddly relaxing. I love how the tattoos turned out, they are exactly what I wanted. Before I left I already had plans for my next tattoo. The healing process has been going perfectly.
