He was very professional and was upfront with me about the extra time it will take to fill my order due to the pandemic. So 6 months later, they called and scheduled my window installation. They covered my floors with dropcloths, and once the window was installed, they wiped down my kitchen, and vacuumed and wiped my floors. I'm so happy I chose them and would highly recommend them. We thought we were buying fiberglass windows-they're vinyl and they're crap! Open and close very stiff. Don't keep outside noise down as promised. We ordered a new front door from them and got a call 1 day before scheduled installation of 12 windows and front door saying door frame was damaged during shipping, and wanted to know if I wanted to reschedule. We kept window installation appointment because we already prepared our home and removed storm door. We had an 8am scheduled installation they showed up around 845a (not bad) but said there was a 2 hour companywide meeting that held them up. Took almost 8 hours for install, which was ok considering we had 12 windows and were an upper level condo unit. At end of the install the foreman gave me a checklist to follow out and sign and he didn't do the walkthrough with me that he was supposed to, said just call with any issues (my wife let me have it on that!). I was actually told by a rep from Anderson Renewal that my windows would never be less $40,000 because of the raises and bonuses of their sales reps! I had top notch communication with the owner (Andrew) from start to finish, their project manager John was incredible & listened to exactly what we wanted, and the entire install crew were extremely efficient & neat (28 windows in 2 days).
