This was my very first time talking to a tree removal business with Arborists. The person answering the phone is not creating a welcoming feeling. She speaks is such a condescending tone. I was sorry that I called and bothered her at her job (sarcasm) She spoke very fast without any emotion and seemed so annoyed when I asked questions. She didn't even let me finish my reason for calling when she barked at me " Address., Name. " She made me feel as if she was way to busy to deal with a customer. (the reason she has this job) Then when I mentioned that I wanted them to answer a couple questions about some ornamentals, she replied "that will have to be a seperate appointment" I asked why I had to have a second appointment for just some questions. She did not reply. I just wanted to get off the phone. UGH. I have not received a call back regarding any quote appointment, etc. I will not use this company or recommend them. They should rethink how they allow office staff to speak to customers. I am sure I am not the only one that has experienced the attitude.

JJ Tree Services gave me a quote, and I decided to go with them because they were one of the cheapest options with the best reviews. They scheduled me out for 2 weeks. I took the day off to monitor the work because the tree was right over my house so a high risk of falling on my house. They showed up late (2 pm when they said 8 am), so I was already frustrated that I took a whole day off when I did not need to. Then they cut down part of 2 other trees to make the larger tree easier (they asked and I agreed). Then the one guy climbed the tree, said it was too dead to cut while in the tree, and came down out of the tree. They explained they would have to come back with a lift. They told me they would be back on Monday, and I was okay with that. I HAVE NOT HEARD FROM THEM SINCE. So, they caused me to panic because the tree is much more dead than we thought and then they just decided never to answer me again. The tree is directly above the bedroom I sleep in. I have called multiple times a day for 4 days now. Their voicemail is full (assuming they are ghosting others now too). I've texted as well and no one will answer. JJ Tree Services is not worth your time, especially if it is a tree you are already stressed about.

They took special care to remove the horizontal rail of my railing to avoid any damage. The railing was re-installed after the work was done. All trees landed exactly where they planned. Everything was cleaned up and the yard was raked. Ryan led this hard working crew. I will definitely recommend Treasure's Tree Removal to all of my friends. I vote these guys as "Best in the Burgh". They were extremely helpful with the insurance company as well. The insurance company was trying to lowball my claim and not pay the amount needed to clean the area and make it safe. Brandon spoke to the adjuster and convinced them it was a much bigger situation then they were trying to claim. After all that, they were able to replace my deck that was destroyed in 2 days with a beautiful deck. Not to mention they did all this without me paying any money up front. They were patient knowing I was waiting for my insurance to pay me. You know how good a company is when they need to react during a crisis. This project…read morewas a 2 year job where they put in a 100 foot french drain last year to dtop water infiltration. This year they tied in a 35 foot drain across back deck and tied it into the other drain as water sometimes came in that way. It seems to be working. Prics was, in my opinion, very affordable. Changed a little for drain as costs have gone up a bit but you need to expect that. All in all PCK Landscaping is always my first choice for that type of work and you should make it yours as well.

Overall good service, and would recommend this landscaping company…read more We had quite a bit of work done: mulching, edging, several bushes removed, grass seed/fertilizer, weed removal, all bushes trimmed, 2 new bushes planted, new rock/slabs installed in grill area, and we had some old decking disposed of; all for about $1600. (I've included a few pictures of some (not all) of the work) That price include all material, labor, and tax. The work was completed in 1.5 days. The guys who did the work were very polite, communicative, and personable. They definitely were hard workers, and knowledgeable on landscaping. The only negative was the delay in scheduling the service. Since they were responsive in getting the work done, and landscaping isn't exactly life/death, it didn't bother us too much.
