I have very bad dental phobia and have issues with simple cleanings, but when I come to this office, I feel welcomed and soothed -- not like i'm a problem to the staff. My hygienist Cynthia and I have a blast chatting while she cleans my teeth. I just had fillings done recently by the doctor and he and his assistant were more than willing to work with me to ensure that I was comfortable during the entire process. He took frequent breaks so that I could gain my composure and he also told me everything he was doing before he did it, as well as what he was going to do next. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. i thought my last office was good but this place is so much better. I'm a happy patient!

After my front teeth fill-ins the corner of my front tooth chipped. I noticed the sharpness after the fill-ins but thought it was no big deal. I made an appointment to see dr Dow and she shaved the chip part down, making one of my front teeth uneven. I was upset but things can't be reversed. When I came to talk to her about an insurance related matter, I mentioned that maybe when she was working on the fill-in and accidentally buffed or shaved the area making it thin. She said the cavity in the tooth caused the chip. If she already worked on the cavity then why would it still be there to cause the tooth to chip? Please be careful and check her work thoroughly before leaving the practice. I cancelled all appointments and will not be back. I have to say the staff there is nice!

To save your wallet please go elsewhere. I have been quoted a lot differently than she claimed and actually asked for the dentists number to "talk to them" to prove her point. Horrible attitude.
