As an oral surgeon, on more then one occasion, I have had the opportunity to asses their work from a professional stand point and over and over again, it has been a testament to the very high level of orthodontic care they deliver. Lucky to have him as my son's orthodontist.

Both me and my wife were very satisfied with the Dentist who attended us. My problem is with a bill they sent me after a month of offering the services which was a surprise. They sent us a bill of $226 claiming that's our share which the insurance did not pay but we specifically asked if there is anything we would need to pay out of pocket other than our co-pay and the answer was "absolutely not". Not only this, they decided to send our contact details to some collections agency without speaking to us. When I called them, they lied about leaving VM's and making attempts to contact us. It's evident they chose not to speak to us because they had already lied to us about giving services that the insurance would not cover. Once again, I am not demeaning their dentistry services in any way whatsoever, they are good at what they do, just be mindful of your bills while dealing with them. Don't believe what they are saying and double check every thing with your insurance first.

I finally made an appointment with Westtown Dental Associates after a friend referred me and they made me feel comfortable and did not chastise me for not seeing a dentist for so long. Well I'm not a kid anymore and with me not taking care of my teeth I had to get them pulled. That's a six month wait for a mouth guard, meanwhile my tmj is killing me. They've also given me like two different reasons why august, one is that they are remodeling, so the offices are closed, the other is that the lady who does them is having hand surgery in a month, so they are training someone else to be able to take her place when she is out for another month or so, both conveniently coming out to august.
