STEER CLEAR. Save yourself SO much money and aggravation (plus a terrible bedside manner and…read moreunsatisfactory results), and just GO. SOMEWHERE. ELSE. Cannot stress it enough, but we're still dealing with the aftermath of visiting this office years ago.

I write this for anyone considering cosmetic dental work at this office. In March of 2021 I started…read morethe process of having veneers done my two front teeth with Dr Segal. I was told the process would take a couple weeks during my consultation. I did not end up with satisfactory veneers until July of 2021. During the time frame between March-July, I had 10 appointments at the office during this time frame. They grossly mishandled my case from admitting to using the wrong lab to having a technician apply the veneers (not the dentist) at my 2nd to last visit in 2021. Even after finally getting the shape and shade correct, one of the veneers fell off weeks later. In January of 2024, one of the veneers chipped and fell off. I came back in and was asked if the chip bothered me. I said no and was charged to have the veneer rebonded to my teeth. The veneer fell off again a couple weeks later. I came back again to have rebounded. Weeks later the veneer fell off again...I decided to get a second, third and 4th opinion from 2 other dentists and dental lab. Turns out the actual structure of the veneer was damaged and needed to be redone....Dr Segal and team never told me this. Dr Segal's lack of adequate care caused me unnecessary time and money loss. The whole experience was traumatic and to top it off, his bedside manner came off as uncaring and disinterested. I had to go to another (wonderful) dentist office to have the veneers completely redone and they were able to complete the work in one day at a fraction of a cost that this office charged for sub par work. Don't be fooled by the lovely office staff and updated office. My experience was a nightmare.

BEWARE! Last year I was looking for a dentist in the area. Since this office was listed as 'in…read morenetwork' on my insurance company website, and was close by, I made an appointment for a cleaning and checkup. After arriving at the office I was asked to purchase dental insurance from the office. I took the paperwork to look it over, then went in for X-rays and cleaning. After finishing up, I was informed that I owed over $300. I said, but I have my own insurance. Was then told 'we don't accept any insurance'. First, no one indicated this to me either when I made my appointment OR when I arrived at the office. Second, as I stated, they were listed as an in-network dental office on my insurance company website. Now, I would think that a dental insurance that accepts 'no insurance' would state this on the phone, or certainly upon arrival for the appointment. Nope. The woman at the desk proceeded to BLAME ME for not telling her that I HAD insurance because if I had, 'none of this would have happened'. The woman at the desk - LISA - neglected to ask ME for my insurance when I arrived. In my opinion, any dental office that has a policy of accepting NO INSURANCE should make that crystal clear up front. Also, it was THEIR responsibility to remove their office name from my insurance website's list of in network offices. I did my due diligence and this office failed (miserably) to do theirs.. In the meantime, I found that this office has been accepting my sister's insurance for years, therefore the woman at the desk - LISA - lied. Like I said......BEWARE.

Dental arts of blue bell When Dr. Rosenman was there,…read morehe was my dentist for 31 years. Last winter I went for my cleaning and was told my hygienist had left. I thought it was because she had 2 new grandchildren and wanted to help with them. I allowed the new hygienist to clean my teeth. She was nice but too rough and my teeth were sensitive for 3 weeks. Then she said we need to do x-rays and I said why since I had x-rays last July. So I said I would ask Dr. Rosenman and she said, didn't anyone tell you? He left. I started to cry. You build a LOT OF TRUST in 31 years. When I calmed down, they asked if I wanted to meet the new dentist. I said okay. He looked in my mouth and the exam was FOUR MINUTES LONG. And I paid the bill. I left saying I would think about what I wanted to do. 2 weeks later, I had a terrible toothache and called them. The other partner say me and said to get x-rays and there would be no charge. I had to go to another dentist to get my tooth pulled. It turns out that I also need 4 new crowns. After this experience, I decided to find someone new. And guess what? They started billing me and sending notes to pay for the x-rays. I finally paid but think they are POND SCUM. I am fine and 2 weeks later, toothache? I am not billed and then I am? In my opinion in, DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. By the way, the previous partner?, associate? only comes in 1 day a week. So GOOD LUCK if you value experience. I am just DISGUSTED with them. I would give 0 stars if I could.
