I mentioned that I was looking for a present for my wife for the holidays and she showed me multiple pieces. We finally landed on the Cartier Panthere two tone. She reserved the piece for me for 2 days over the weekend, so I could bring my wife in to try. Such good customer service! I would absolutely buy my next watch/jewelry piece from them again!

Once in May, I went to the public restroom with a friend and there was a homeless woman living in there who claimed it was her house and threatened us. She was erratic, unpredictable, and it was scary. Another time in May there was a man who was very unstable and screaming the word "slash" and he was acting like he was going to break shop windows and was lunging at people. That was also scary because he was unpredictable. I called the police this day and they said they had already received multiple calls about him. I saw him here again the following day. I also do not like all the people who push me to sign petitions. In short, I love Pearl Street Mall for the most part, I just wish it had more security to ensure the safety of pedestrians who are patronizing it.

Their watchmaker came back and said that I needed a new mechanism (fine). The watch was returned to me with the inscription on the back of the watch off center, something not noted. They all seemed baffled that this would be a problem. I won't go back. Maybe they are ok on the jewelry side, but they should not list watches as an area of expertise.
