I cannot have MRIs because of my pacemaker so an ex ray had to suffice. After an examination, it was determined a hip replacement was required. Covid has not made scheduling surgery a simple task so an appointment was made for August 8. The pain became unbearable so I begged to move it up. Denise, the Dr's right hand woman jumped thru hoops to move the surgery to July 27. On July 22, my old appendix decided it was time to go so instead getting a new hip, I lost an organ! This delayed the replacement until 9/9. I cannot say enough about Dr. Hall and his staff. Not only did he do a splendid job on my hip, he relieved gout in my foot and elbow, shoulder pain and recently knee pain. He is kind, straightforward, dedicated and an all around awesome man. 2020 has been a pretty crazy year for all of us. If you're in pain and need excellent care, Dr. Hall and his wonderful staff will provide the best possible. I've never spent more than 10 minutes waiting which is almost unheard of in today's world.

Very good facility…read more.. My 86 year-old sister has been here for almost 2 weeks and I have been visiting her for almost a week. When I originally read the yelp reviews, I was horrified... I live in Tennessee and flew to Chicago to see what was going on and was extremely pleased at what I have found. Yes, it takes some time when they call for help for someone to get there because there are lots of patients Who call for assistance over and over and over and over because they have no family members of friends that are here helping. It actually could be a little bit cleaner, and it could be cleaned more often in the rooms and the laundry and linens could be tended to better for sure. I took my sister's clothes home and washed them and brought them back. The people, however, are amazing! Every nurse and every attendant and the staff have all been delightful... It's clear sometimes they are quite frustrated because the could benefit from improved processes, but they are very nice people. There is definitely room for improvement in the business processes, but if a loved one is here and friends or family are willing to participate, it all is quite functional and good. There's a Starbucks coffee in the facility, they make a good variety of foods here that are not only served to the patients, but are available for purchase to visitors, the sitting areas are delightful with lots of glass out onto very lovely landscapes. If someone has to be in physical therapy for a short time at a facility like this, there are plenty of opportunities for it to be a good experience.

Now the PT it self is very good but the stay is horrible. First, the rooms are pretty disorganized there was a wheelchair in her shower but it was not even her wheelchair. Second, my grandma was not given the medical care that she needed. Last, my grandma had medical emergency and had to leave. After she left they threw all of her belongings in garbage bags very roughly without even asking us when she would return. Some of her personal belongings were broken.

I am saddened by this doctor. My son broke his arm, ER referred us to this dr. My husband took my…read moreson and they waited for 45 minutes and then saw the dr for 5 min. The doctor was rude to my son telling him he better sit down and not touch anything. He never took the splint off that the ER put on to check the arm he just looked at the xrays and said he should wear the splint for 5 weeks and it will heal on it's own. I was upset when I heard because he is 7 years old boy...I can't keep an eye on him 24 hours if he falls he has no cast just a splint... so I called the dr and I left a message and he never called me back. Next day...my son was standing outside and someone bumped into him and my son fell. He hurt his arm more, but if he had a cast on he would have been fine. My husband called up this dr and told him what happened and the doctor accused my son of "fighting around or horse playing" my husband said NO he wasn't he was standing minding his business. Dr said, well, Idk what to do I can't do anything take him to the ER. The next day I took him to another orthopedic dr and he was so nice and attentive to my son and put a cast on no questions asked. I feel, that this doctor didn't give my son the care that he needed because we have All Kids insurance (government insurance) because Idk how a doctor could be in business for any amount of time when he treats patients like that.

I trust her completely and was willing to try anything to help me. unfortunately I had to be discharged from her practice. My fault, not hers. The maximum amount of medication she was able to prescribe just wasn't enough to control my pain. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a caring doctor willingly to go above and beyond to help you control your pain. I don't have pain management now and would be so grateful should she agree to help me again. You can't go wrong if lucky enough to have her take you as a patient.

Deborah Mitchell is an amazing physical therapist and has helped me tremendously. Deborah treats patients one-on-one without interruptions and uses a mix of traditional and hands on, manual therapies, including myofascial release.
