Very good facility…read more.. My 86 year-old sister has been here for almost 2 weeks and I have been visiting her for almost a week. When I originally read the yelp reviews, I was horrified... I live in Tennessee and flew to Chicago to see what was going on and was extremely pleased at what I have found. Yes, it takes some time when they call for help for someone to get there because there are lots of patients Who call for assistance over and over and over and over because they have no family members of friends that are here helping. It actually could be a little bit cleaner, and it could be cleaned more often in the rooms and the laundry and linens could be tended to better for sure. I took my sister's clothes home and washed them and brought them back. The people, however, are amazing! Every nurse and every attendant and the staff have all been delightful... It's clear sometimes they are quite frustrated because the could benefit from improved processes, but they are very nice people. There is definitely room for improvement in the business processes, but if a loved one is here and friends or family are willing to participate, it all is quite functional and good. There's a Starbucks coffee in the facility, they make a good variety of foods here that are not only served to the patients, but are available for purchase to visitors, the sitting areas are delightful with lots of glass out onto very lovely landscapes. If someone has to be in physical therapy for a short time at a facility like this, there are plenty of opportunities for it to be a good experience.

Ignite Medical Resort is the worst rehabilitation facility in the world. For background my grandma…read morewas sent there for physical rehab after having a stroke. Now the PT it self is very good but the stay is horrible. First, the rooms are pretty disorganized there was a wheelchair in her shower but it was not even her wheelchair. Second, my grandma was not given the medical care that she needed. Last, my grandma had medical emergency and had to leave. After she left they threw all of her belongings in garbage bags very roughly without even asking us when she would return. Some of her personal belongings were broken.

The care he receives is consistent and compassionate. The communication from the staff is always respectful and professional. When I call to check on my brother his nurses patiently answer my questions. Reception staff also happily convey messages to him from me! The staff have such a positive attitude and greet the residents with kindness. My brother truly feels cared for and safe. Alden is a special place and I highly recommend this facility!

No call lights were answered, meals were forgotten, urine all over the floor. He was at their mercy and nobody cared. So sad this is how my loved one got to spend his last days. I have had Julia and Novacare for two hip replacements and a knee replacement and I would not feel comfortable going anywhere else. They have been so great and I have had great recoveries. Most all of my family has gone to them when they have needed physical therapy. Julia always has a smiling face and upbeat attitude. I feel like she and Kristine are family. I was both surprised and very pleased with the quality of nursing professionals at Northern Rose. The CEO is intensive care trained, as was the RN she sent to my home. Both were insightful, smart, and so helpful with suggestions regarding my plan of care. The physical therapists sent by Northern Rose were so very much more helpful than the physical therapists at the "rehab" center I was recently discharged from. I progressed more in just a few sessions with them, than I had during several weeks at the center. I would highly and enthusiastically recommend Northern Rose Home Health services to anyone I care about, they were wonderful!!!

From the ER, the staff from the counter, technician, Care Assistant, CT technician, phlebotomist, Housekeeping, transporter, RN's & Dr's are amazing. And they do care of their patients. I wanted to say thank you so much for the excellent customer service, kindness & taking good care of are of me while I was admitted for few days. I highly recommended for anyone that is not feeling well to be treated to this hospital. I promise you they well take good care of you until you feel much better. This hospital and the entire staff do not deserve even 1 star…read more I went here for a cardiologist because I was diagnosed with an aneurism, saw dr harey on a Monday morning and was told I would receive a call in the afternoon with my apts that need to be scheduled. No call. It took me until that following Friday to get in touch with an actual person. By that time I was livid. A heart patient too. I requested a manager and got one and she settled everything out for me and scheduled my apts within 2 weeks. No calls or anything during that time on how should prep so I called scheduling again and was told no food or drink 4 hours prior. I arrived and was asked nothing to eat or drink for 12 hours? I replied yes I had a glass of milk around 11:30 pm because I was told 4 hours prior by 2 different people They cancelled my tests. I requested tonspeaknwith a manager and they sent out a doctor. An arrogant one at that and he kept interrupting me and talking over me u til I went off him and he turned and walked away. This place needs to be burned to the ground for incompetence and shear arrogance. Their care sucks. Their customers service sucks. And the office experience is terrible at best. Don't go here. You will get better care at a vet.

And after over 100 surgeries, I have had a few physical therapists. These guys are awesome! Know that they have your best in mind and will make the best happen if at all possible. Go talk with Bryan. He can make it happen. Hopefully as well as he has done for me.
