When you show up for your actual appointment, you just have to show I'D to check in. Once they call you to check in, they immediately bring you in. The wait was about 10 minutes to get called for check in. The waiting area is very comfortable. Nice soft chairs, a Keurig machine and a big screen TV. The whole process took under an hour and we were or the door. They called her a few hours later to let her know the results. They also had the results from her previous exams at a different location somehow as she was under the impression that they are being sent to herand she would have to bring them back once she got them. Also, the results were being forwarded to her Dr. Very easy and efficient. On top of that, EVERYONE Don the receptionist, the check in person and the actual technician were very nice.

Open Advanced is definitely it. Thanks to the staff, I felt as much at ease as possible, which isn't always easy considering the pressure of having to hold very still and breathe shallowly while a scan is being done. One of my scans had to be done three times because I had somehow found a way to move. Still, the MRI Tech was very patient and coached me through. It was like having my own personal cheerleader for a bit. :) In the event I need another scan, I'll head back!

So organized and detailed and if Dr Farag sees something he does an ultra sound right there and discusses the results with you right after and make a plan. I see so many recent reviews griping about the fee. Have you looked at your insurance bills with other providers after finding a potential problem. I bet you will find the fee to be the same after you pay for co-pays, parking and all the additional fees. Or instead you can go to Northwestern where they tack on fees left and right and make you wait for weeks for your results and then multiple appointments later plus the stress of waiting and you've already likely paid the $390 anyway in co-pays and fees cause insurance is BS. I started at NW and had months of stress and appointments. Never again. The piece of mind is worth every penny. Do it. Trust me.

I arrived 15 minutes early as directed, to complete the paperwork, and by the time I was finished with that, they were waiting to take me for my MRI. The tech I had was great! I have very small ear canals and always have difficulties getting the ear protection to fit in my ears.
