In 2015 I was approved for a VA Home Loan and sought out a realtor to help me find and purchase my…read morefirst home. I came across Griselda's company and went to the office to meet her. From the very first day we met she was very attentive and extremely patient with me. The VA Home Loan ended up falling through so Griselda guided me towards finding an FHA loan instead. I was under the impression that finding a signing for a new home would be anywhere between 1-3 months. The whole process ended up taking 6 after a number of setbacks and Griselda was a God-send for me. I couldn't believe she'd been so patient and helpful with me throughout the whole process. I was finally able to close on my home in the wonderful neighborhood of Cutler Bay, FL. I'll forever be grateful to her for that. 8 years later I was looking to travel and so decided to sell my home. I once again contacted Griselda, this time expecting the process to be a lot quicker. I didn't want to burden her again with such a lengthy home sale. Unfortunately, I once again had to face a number of setbacks and delays and the process again ended taking several months. Again, Griselda showed graceful patience, professionalism, and proved herself incredibly resourceful to helping me sell my home as she did 8 years prior in buying it. Finally in May of 2024 we succeeded in closing the sale. I would 100% recommend anyone looking for real estate needs to contact Griselda. She is absolutely lovely to work with and can answer any questions you may have. She absolutely goes above and beyond. Thank you again, Griselda.
