You should stay away from listing with condominium associations and concentrate on looking for detached, single family home". I was super discouraged and disappointed because I was selling my house and was counting on the new apartment to move in. I was referred to William Alvarez from Sunset Mortgaged by the selling agent. I spoke with William and after I long talk he reassured me that he would try and possibly succeed on getting a mortgage for the same unit and building. Needless to say, I just had my closing yesterday and will be moving into my waterfront view condominium tomorrow because William made it happen. William was professional, on point from day one, answering all my questions and helping me through out the entire process to make it as smooth as possible. I have no hesitation in recommending William Alvarez from Sunset Mortgage to anyone in need of an awesome mortgage broker who is on the buyers side all the steps of the way . Thank you William !

I can't recommend my realtor, Vene Giufurta, enough. Despite me living in another city, her…read moreattentiveness and kindness made the apartment search feel seamless and enjoyable. She was determined to find the perfect fit for me, taking the time to listen to my needs and preferences, and then facetiming me as she toured apartments for me. What truly set her apart was her patience and willingness to go the extra mile, as I am very particular, and was unwilling to settle on an apartment. She even surprised me with a bottle of wine and a handwritten welcome note when I moved in--such a thoughtful gesture that really speaks to her character. To this day, she continues to check in on me, which speaks volumes about her genuine care for her clients. I can confidently say that I will continue to use her services and refer her to anyone in need of a dedicated and talented realtor in the Miami area. I have been struggling to be a good landlord. Property investment is not for everyone. From property maintenance, tenant screening, to all kinds of dealings with handymen, inspections, contractors, insurance; legal matters, HOA, etc... it used to be overwhelming, I agree with most people that property investment is not profitable and too much work! Maggie has changed all of that for me. Not only was she able to help me buy/sell/rent my properties, she helped me navigate all kinds of property complexities and headaches. Aside from the normal "professional" quality, you would expect from a real estate agent -- drafting contracts, negotiations, attention to details, showing houses, open house, protecting my interests, etc. Maggie truly took it to a whole new level. I can't list all of the things that she did for me, it is just too many. But I know no real estate agent would help me negotiate with contractors, mitigate tenant conflicts, take care of my roof repair when I wasn't in town, from finding contractors, getting quotes, follow up with the actual work, taking pictures of the repair to send it to me, all I had to do was to send the payment. and she did it twice!! She advised me on how to handle tenants, property maintenance, where to spend money and where to save money, how to remodel, repair a property to maximize value. I took almost all of her advice and I am now a better landlord, better investor. In one short year that I have worked with Maggie, I have become much more proficient in property investment, all thanks to Maggie Moya.
