The agent promised that the condos would be finished in September 2910. Our house was sold in May 2019, thinking that we would be renting from 4-6 months. On multiple occasions, when it was pointed out to them that construction wasn't proceeding as promised, they refused to acknowledge that this was the case and continued to promote the idea that construction was proceeding as planned. Because of their persistent lies and misrepresentations, we wound up renting until May 2021, overpaying for storage and rent, requiring two extra moves, losing hundred of thousands of dollars. These two individuals will lie and misrepresent and cost you time and money. There is blatant disregard for their clients once they have checked off their commission. If you have any questions, please feel free to enquire. There are dozens of real estate agents in Miami who will do a much better job with honesty and integrity.

The front desk is very friendly and always helpful. The cleaning staff is wonderful and spend all day making sure the building is nice and clean! I met management briefly and they were also very nice, professional and helpful! We sure do hope the pool opens up for the summer!! As for some of the negative comments I read below, *Yes they do test fire alarms but Alicia from management sends emails advising when these will happen and in the a2 months we've lived here we've only experienced two days which didn't last longer than 5 minutes (not consecutive) *I am ALWAYS ordering packages and nothing has ever been lost. * I live on the 6th floor and the trash Shute is always clean, even the section where recycling goes gets cleaned up multiple times a day!! Honest Grad Student Review!…read more I had a pretty nice experience living at Red Road Commons from 2020 to 2023! I stayed in B-506, and I made my place really cozy and cute. It could get a bit loud sometimes--especially on party nights--and I definitely heard some stomping from above, but management was super proactive in trying to figure it all out. The hallways would sometimes get a bit messy, especially with all the undergrads around, but they usually cleaned things up pretty quickly. My apartment itself was awesome! I was blessed to have one of the larger units, and it fit me perfectly. I was also near the elevator, but I got used to it and hardly noticed after a while. I didn't have a car, so I can't really comment on parking, but I loved how close it was to campus--being able to walk was a major plus, even in the heat! I felt pretty safe in the area. I would often walk around by myself and chat with the friendly homeowners nearby. Plus, having Whole Foods and Publix just a short walk away, along with the shops and restaurants on Sunset Drive, was fantastic! I did have a little ant situation once, but that was just because some students left trash in the hall, and trash area got really messy. Most of my neighbors were really nice, both students and non-students alike. I had no issues with the management--they were always kind and really attentive to any situations I had. And maintenance responses were quick and efficient, which I really appreciated! Oh the only other thing was that rent would go up drastically every year, that's why I left because I was nearing the 3000 dollar mark and I was like I can go to Wynwood or Edgwater for that matter. --Oh and the fire alarms that was really annoying. Overall, it was a nice place to live!

Communicating with your personal banker is quick and easy so your experience here varies from those with a larger bank. Plus, FIU is on the board of trustees so it's another way to represent panther pride. Calling the branch or coming through their drive through teller is easy to do as they are located directly in the center of Miami.
