Its bad enough that they don't really want Customers coming into the Lobby to do Banking business and prefer you go through Drive Through unless your applying for a mortgage, yet there are so many inconvenient rules at their Drive Through. Basically they are NOT Customer Friendly or LOYAL to their long standing Customers, and make no effort to keep them, or show any perks as an incentive to stay with them.
