I have no controll over the fact that my Employer doesn't offer direct deposit, yet we deposit over $6,000 a month into our account. I realize that we have more then the "minimum" in our account not to be charged, but many people don't who have also been loyal customers. Its bad enough that they don't really want Customers coming into the Lobby to do Banking business and prefer you go through Drive Through unless your applying for a mortgage, yet there are so many inconvenient rules at their Drive Through. Basically they are NOT Customer Friendly or LOYAL to their long standing Customers, and make no effort to keep them, or show any perks as an incentive to stay with them.
