Fast forward to 2 years later (when we were prepared), we reached out to him because he had left a great impression on us from the first day we met him. Luis took the time to understand what we were looking for, the budget, but more specifically, it had to be pet friendly. As first-time home buyers, we needed to be more knowledgeable about many things, so he took the time to explain things, answer all our questions, and even give us some suggestions that came in handy! Luis is with you 100% from start to finish- professional, diligent, always available, and replies immediately. He's fantastic at what he does and cares, which shows how great he treated us. We are forever grateful to him for making our dream of purchasing a home come true, and we highly recommend him! Thank you, Luis!

Yet the SERVICE over the last few years has increasingly worse. It seems like anything besides making a deposit is an "issue". I have a few accounts at this Bank. Yet I recently received a new "fee structure" on my account. It irritates me that if I don't have a minimum of $500 direct deposit, I will be charged. I have no controll over the fact that my Employer doesn't offer direct deposit, yet we deposit over $6,000 a month into our account. I realize that we have more then the "minimum" in our account not to be charged, but many people don't who have also been loyal customers. Its bad enough that they don't really want Customers coming into the Lobby to do Banking business and prefer you go through Drive Through unless your applying for a mortgage, yet there are so many inconvenient rules at their Drive Through. Basically they are NOT Customer Friendly or LOYAL to their long standing Customers, and make no effort to keep them, or show any perks as an incentive to stay with them. It it obvious to me that I will no longer be a Customer at this small local community Bank. I will be moving my accounts because of lack of appreciation, loyalty and service..

The Miami real estate market is extremely active right now with many people relocating from the northeast and other areas. For the first time in a long while i was looking for a rental. I have bought and sold several homes over the years but since I was unsure about the exact area I want to live in, I decided on a rental while I learn about Miami. From the get-go Morgan was extremely responsive and proactive. He gave me a great overview of the better places/areas to live and his knowledge of the Miami area is amazing especially since he has only recently moved here. He was also far more responsive and proactive than any of the other real estate agents I encountered during the process. Overall Morgan is probably the best agent I have ever dealt with and I highly, highly recommend him.
