For our initial meeting, Abraham arrived five minutes early at the appointed day and time. That alone sets him apart from anyone else in South Florida, but it gets even better. My inherited home was in dilapidated condition since my father never took care of it; it had termites, rotten wood, cracks on the walls, in terrible condition. I was afraid I would get a low price for the house, if anyone would buy it at all. With the utmost confidence Abraham assured me that not only could he sell it, he would sell it for one million. I was doubtful of this claim, but he walked me through all the steps and described his approach to selling my particular house. His ability to tailor the sales approach to the house is admirable. The house sold in 6 weeks. He even beat his own estimate of one million, having sold it for even more. I was both stunned and grateful. Abraham Ash is embodiment of talent and professionalism. He is THE realtor par excellence.

Coming in from the cut-throat SF Bay Area market with near-zero inventory, we were overwhelmed by the options available in Miami. Abe found us a spot right by the Biscayne Bay at the Margaret Pace Park in Edgewater. We have butterflies in our tummies as we are in love with our new home. This is 100% thanks to Abe. Abe knows every patch of land in Brickell, Edgewater, Downtown, and other parts of Miami. He knows the history of each building, what's coming next that could block your views, the HoA rules for each building, the heights of all buildings, and the views from each side of the building. It is mindboggling. We had assumed Abe would spend 3-4hrs with us and then let us go to do our own search. Instead, he spent multiple days with us non-stop, with some days where we even skipped meal breaks and walked around until our legs hurt. He is a natural at driving around the various pockets of Miami, navigating the streets while also being a tour guide. His ability to multitask like this helped us a lot. I still remember how, while driving around the Edgewater area, my wife and I simultaneously felt "wow, this neighborhood has a chic vibe we liked." We fell in love with Edgewater, though we had come in focused on Brickell. Abe is very good at sharing both the good and the bad about each option. There was a point we had already picked a new construction project that was nearly 3X of the next property we had scheduled to see. Abe was still showing us the pros of this new property, even if it would be significantly less of a deal size. He demonstrated many such signs of transparency and integrity during our entire time with him. We wish Abe the best and feel that if you get to know him and work out a nice rhythm, you can find the home or investment property of your dreams.

I browsed online to gain an idea of the types of apartments available for my budget but after seeing multiple listings with the same photos and different addresses, I was spooked and immediately sought professional assistance in Marcela. Given the pressure I placed upon myself with a last minute move, I was happy to have an experienced realtor on my side. Marcela was a great asset, not only because of her real estate access but also because she understood my situation and understood there was no room for error nor delay! After discussing my requirements for a South Beach apartment, Marcela sent over select listings via an online portal, which also gives access to all of the listings for the area. I was thankful for the listings she selected but decided to look through the 214 available listings to ensure I found the absolute best option. Having the freedom to leave no stone unturned, creating notes viewable by Marcela via the portal, and feeling informed of every possibility was an empowering experience. With lofty goals, of the 214 listings, only 1 listing fit my criteria. Discovering the unicorn listing was a blessing, but I knew we had to act quickly. Within hours of notifying Marcela, she video chatted me from the apartment, and confirmed it was as beautiful as it's photos. Immediately after, she prepared and submitted my offer! Within 72 hours of discovering the apartment, I was approved, and a major weight was lifted off of my shoulders. Without the help of Marcela, I truly don't believe I would have such an exceptional result. She's extremely professional, diligent, charismatic, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and compassionate. I am overjoyed with my new South Beach apartment, and some days I wake up believing I'm in a dream. My move was minimally stressful, and I give all thanks to Marcela for being an extraordinary realtor!

    I'd be here all day if I took the time to recap everything. I haven't worked with them in years and…read morehonestly, I forgot, then after seeing the horrible service, recalled! I even left them poor reviews years ago. The seller's Realtor must have picked them, it was a Palm Beach file where seller picks title. For one, we called in the begining to confirm the buyer settlement fee on a cash deal where seller picked title, it was high, but lower than if the buyer got an attorney. Buyer decided to use them against my suggestion of having counsel. HUD comes out, at 4:30pm the day before closing charging them more than that number they gave me and $150 more than the attorney would have even charged! I call it out and they acted like nothing happened and that they can see if they can have management approval to reduce the standard fee. I said that was not what they told me, because if it was, why would the buyer not have used an attorney. To prove this... I had my agent friend call and she confirmed again with someone at the office the same number I was told initially. So I knew I wasn't losing it. They get back and said the reduced fee was approved. There was nothing to approve, they tried to get away with charging way more than they said they would. They even charge the buyer more than the seller. Unheard of for a cash deal in PB. Buyer wasn't even given their cash to close or closing notary appointment made until like 4:30pm the day before closing. They never even called the buyer once through the transaction! I sent them all the info day one, and express directions to contact them directly as they had no attorney. That's their job, they certainly were charging for it. They then blamed me because I never got them "their info sheet" with their contact info until 10 days before closing. But regardless they still never call! lol...They even confirmed the email I sent on day one with all the info for the Buyer's. It was a cash deal on a file where most title companies don't even charge a fee to a cash buyer, they did, then tried to raise it sneakily, and didn't even call the buyer or communicate with them, and charged the seller LESS! When everything they did was a Seller Function. I have so much more but I'm done. I refuse to stay silent anymore when people don't do their job and act this way. Unacceptable. As you see, how does a company have so many bad reviews!?

    When you sell a house you depend on the Title company who by the way does the closing to have it…read moreright . This is not the company to choose. We had NO say in it and were screwed over. This place takes NO RESPONSIBILTY for anything they do. One month after the closing we get a bill for over $1200 because they FORGOT to pay a HOA Atty fee. "we messed up " was the branch manager's explanation . Now it has not only atty fees but late fees. They said they will turn us in to their legal team unless we pay their screw up !
