I believe that Icon Realty was involved in hacking my bank account. I leased an apartment in the heart of las olas/Fort Lauderdale from December 2016, from Atlantic loft llc. I agreed to pay a 2 month security deposit of $2400 as well as first, last and security (pretty standard) got my key, etcétera. After 2 different companies handling our property, ICON Realty came in January 2020 and revamped property by implementing a ***online payment service ***** aka , a way to get into your bank account. I questioned who this is and why I had to use this system to pay, not only to be replied with "It is our new system and you have to use it, you must pay rent this way or consult your attorney" As I went ahead and used it but decided to not renew my upcoming ending lease of 3/30/20. I emailed, texted and explain that I would not be renewing the lease because not only I don't trust the payment system, I had a very difficult time communicating with Benjamin (who by the way runs the whole thing). He ignored all my calls and the ones he replied, he did very rudely. I promptly moved out on schedule and handed him the keys along with my original lease agreement. He took the keys and said that He did not have a refund and I would need to wait 30 days to receive one on the mail. Now 30 days later. My bank account has been HACKED and bank investigated the multiple charges leading back to that January rent payment. I have been getting random withdrawals from different wiring entities totaling over 1k so far. Due to covid19, I can not yet file a claim in court. And the reason I am writing this is to WARN tenants and landlords about companies like this! I am attaching the refund check I just received. What a joke! See you in court.

We had the pleasure of working with two members of their team on two separate occasions (one was buying, one was selling) and aside from the most professional service I have ever seen or heard in this field, my wife and I were treated like we were their only clients! Ross Stern is, without a doubt, the sharpest realtors I have worked with. He found us EXACTLY what we were looking for in less than two weeks, and even negotiated in our behalf to the price we were willing to spend on our new home. A few months later, we called Damaris Cohn directly, the broker, to see who is her best agent to help us sell our beautiful home. This lady is so knowledgeable and for 25 minutes couldn't stop talking... :) She gave us truly priceless advice that would later make our sale a smooth sail... She then scheduled a meeting for us with Rebecca Dowling, one of her top agents, who was a pleasure to work with! She was right to the point, daring, even slightly aggressive - and found us a buyer in less than a week (!!!). She stayed with us throughout the entire process until we closed, and even saved us a few thousand dollars by knowing how to handle the buyers who were trying to get us to fix a few things that really did not need any fixing. We are truly grateful, and will definitely use them again in the future! We already got them a few other clients that are also very happy. :)
