We ate it tonight and it was the BEST Pickerel we have had! This fish tasted like it came directly from Clearwater Lake or the Saskatchewan River And was just caught!!! Beautiful, clean filets, with next to no bones. They were extremely flavourful, flaky, moist, and not fishy at all! This is the first time we have EVER cooked fish and our house didn't even smell like fish! We will only buy our seafood from Fishermans Pride from now on!
